the 'rainmakers'

Gotta admit I love my obscure characters, Sunstorm being a personal fave.

however, I have never seen if anyone has a name for the 'other' rainmaker, we have Sunstorm (maybe, maybe not.....) and Acid Storm, any one know the other one's fan 'official' name?

as a rather daft side note, I'm currently working on a kit bash of Emirate Xaaron. can anyone suggest a good type of paint for re tooling? i always end up with crappy paint wear at the transformation areas....
