The Central Canada Comic Con

I dunno how many North American memebrs are on this forum but incase someone is interested.......

This October 29th, 30th and 31st the Central Canada Comic Con will once again be taking place at the Winnipeg Convention Center in Manitoba's Capital. Weekend passes for this years convention are $30, with single day passes costing $15 each($20 for the preview night)

There are big plans in the works Transformers wise for this years convention. Alex Milne will be doing the art for our Program cover and hopefully we'll have a Transformers voice actor at the Con, as well as an additional Transformers comic artist we'll be announcing soon!

As well our local Manitoba Transformers Collectors Club will once again have a table at the Con. Last year we had a blast displaying repaints and customs by local artists, handing out Transformers toys and candy for the under 12 crowd on Halloween, and just generally spreading Transformers joy!

As well C4 will have all the annual events people have really grown to enjoy. Two costume contests, video gaming, RPG and Miniature gaming, an art auction, panels, workshops, exclusive movie veiwings and more.

The Manitoba chapter of the Mandalorian Mercs Costume Club will be out in force as well. Oppurtunities will abound for people to get pictures taken with awesome characters from Star Wars, Marvel, DC, Watchmen. Halo, Video Games and more!

Transformers Comic Artist Andrew Wildman is also coming to C4 this year! As well we're once again going to have our "Iacon North" local Fan Club table displaying work by local customizers, give aways for kids and much. much more.

Ilya Slakind will unfortuantly be unable to attend C4, but we do have additions!

Lee Tockar(the voice of Beast Wars Ravage) will be attending.

Also Kevin Sorbo(Hercules) and Garrett Wang(Star Trek) have been added to the guest lineup.

We've got an Exclusive C4 cover for Drift #4 from Artist Alex Milne. As well Marvin Mariano who developed the character of Obsidian for Beast Machines, is also on the guest list now!
