Re: Universe and Animated Sightings threads
My Shockwave from Play.com is in packaging! Unfortunately they've taken the release date off of Uni Inferno! Boo!

Great news that Tesco is getting the latest wave of Animated!

EDIT: Shockwave has been posted

Re: Universe and Animated Sightings threads
Yup Play have posted my Animated Skywarp too. Universe Inferno's release date dipped by 2 months and then all of a sudden it dissapeared. Luckily Kapow had some left in stock! Big Grin

Not seen them reported anywhere as of yet.

Re: Universe and Animated Sightings threads
I thought I'd have a look in my local Poundstrechers today as they have been known to stock Transformers.
Well to my surprise they had eight sets of the Universe Minicon repaints (the 12 pack that was a Woolworths exclusive) at £13.99 each.

Guess ol' woolies didn't clear them quickly enough.
Though I'm not sure if thats actually that much of a price drop since I bought mine, but can't remember what I paid for it.

You probably paid £17.50 ish, so a bit of a saving still.
I'd hazard a guess that you didn't pay the full release price of £34.99!! (As it only applied for about a week IIR)

Re: Universe and Animated Sightings threads
Sounds about right. I did see it in one store at full price and they woudn't budge, even when I showed them the price in the catalogue.
But £17.50 does ring a bell.

Re: Universe and Animated Sightings threads
I popped into sainsburys earler today and they had quite alot of transformers reduced by 25%. Also TRU had the bumblebee 3 pack (classics, movie and animated) for £30 (managed to put it back on the shelf and walk out though!)
