Brawn Wrote:Wicked collection dude, never bought any Joe's, one collection of plastic is enough for me, I love those vehicles, I always wanted a mass of Action figure tech like that. Especially love the firebats.

My only exposure is one Action Force! VHS as a kid and watched it a bajillion times. It is a double of "The one with the synthoid generals that go all melty at the end" and the one where they "star in a movie". Loved them to bits, and wanted a shipwreck, but never got one. *sob*

Cheers Brawny! Not many to go now and I've posted all my 25th! Just annoyed I've not had the chance to open most of the toys I bought from mid way through 2009! Be glad when I have room for them again.

The best of the Snr. Officer packs in my opinion. The Destro is nice, but the two Iron Grenadiers are awesome! Wish I'd picked p more of these.

The Resolute comic packs which didn't actually seem to have a lot to do with Resolute... the gear you get with Storm Shadow is great, as are the two Joes - Shockwave and Tunnelrat. The Destro is a great figure... but aside from the head nothing like Destro at all...

The 2009 Resolute Wave! CC and Duke are so-so, but the Troopers are gorgeous! Python Crimson Guard is great, as is Blowtorch. The Torch and Firefly repaints are more than a little 'meh'.

Photo taken in Forbidden Planet in that London. Was such a glorious sight to see Joes on peg again I couldn't resist!

Cover of the First resolute boxed set.

...and the contents. The B.A.T. and the Troopers are fantastic... the Duke and Cobra Commander almost surplus to requirement.

The Greatest Battles DVD. Very disappointing.

Box cover to the Cobra 5 pack.

Great Cobra 5 pack! The Viper is phenomenal, the Baroness a tremendous improvement, Rag Face CC, great Storm Shadow, and purple angry Zartan!

Box cover of the Joe 5 pack...

...and again, a great set of figures! Hawk, Shippy, Flint, Lady Jaye and SE. Flint's Shotgun has a sliding rack. Excellent detail!

And the chase variant clear blue Wraith!

The last wave of 25th Vehicles. A re-packing of the Ghost Hawk, along with the Arctic HiSS, The Stinger and the F.L.A.K / C.L.A.W double-pack.

The Cobra Island Assault packs! Couldn't resist Army building the Cobra Packs. They're choc full of awesome. Not opened them yet - not had space to, but when I do there might well be a few Mindbenders going spare for those who are interested...

Close up on the Cobra pack. What an awesome builder set! Dr. Mindbender, Lamprey, Range-Viper, Alley-Viper, Night Creeper, B.A.T (With optional Battle Damage and plant!) and Strato-Viper!

The Joe pack - Altitude, Wet-Suit, Zap, Hit&Run, Outback, Recondo and Chuckles!

The actual Resolute packs... these are really gorgeous and just like the cartoon.

The Cobra Resolute pack. Very nicely done. My only complaint would be the lone Cobra Alley-Viper. Impossible to build without buying multiple packs.

The Joe Resolute pack. Perfect!

Not really 25th, but my buddy Liam got it for me recently and I couldn't resist taking a snap!

Did Mindbender ever clone himself in the media? Seems like the sort of thing he'd do. If not then you should custom different Mindbenders for different conditions. Arctic Mindbender, Desert Mindbender, Jungle Mindbener, Village People Ops Mindbender, etc. They should all continue to be shirtless though.

Sorry bowlhead! Must have missed this!

I'm gonna see if peops want them first - it's been the only way to get the Doc for 25th, so some folk may want one. Sort my peeps out... after that I'm toying with the idea of having a go at some custom WWII figs. Not tried my hand at customs before... should be fun!

Re: 'Streakers GI Joe collection - PICS!
love that crimson set,

you should be all geared up for customs being ex-gw scum

oh and have you got any vamps left over?

I've got a WWII snowserpent nearing completion

just need to find a set of goggles

The very existence of flamethrowers proves that some time, somewhere, someone said to themselves, I want to set those people over there on fire, but I'm just not close enough to get the job done.

That's what I'm hoping... been trying to get my skills back up with the Flames of War, but it's a different scale. Takes a while to get the mindset right.

I'll check on the VAMP - but I don't think so...

Post pics of the Snow Serpent!
