The Transformers score to be released after all?

That's the indication which Nelson, admin of Shoot for the Edit, is giving stating that "Michael (Bay) said the score would be released", although he's not sure.

Transformers Soundtrack Information

Although this as been covered in the past, I thought it would be interesting to list this again, with the releases of the two Transformers Themes yesterday.

Here is a list of the tracks said to be from the Transformers Soundtrack. It's interesting to note the first song, by Linkin Park, which adds more validity to the feeling that the song on Sector Seven was by them. The last sone on the albumn, Transformers Theme, was also released on Myspace yeserday as well.

Another Transformers Movie song click, this one by Mutemath

The Myspace website belonging to the band Mutemath has been updated with part of a track called Transformers Theme. The tune will be one, of a few, songs which will appear in the Transformers Movie (probably over the end credits). The song is different from the one on Sector Seven, although that song sounded like it had been altered for the site. The lyrics include those of the originl Generation One cartoon series.

New Sector Seven Password and Linkin Park Transformers Theme

The Sector Seven website has been updated with new contents, which can be accessed using the password of "deceptibot" (all lower case).

The content includes:

A new video dated 5th June
MP3 sound file - Transformers Theme 07

The Transformers Theme doens't say that it is from the Transformers Movie, although it is implied. It sounds very much like it is based on the Transformers Cybertron tune. The song sounds like it is done by Linkin Park, although parts of the vocals sound like that of Starscream from the earlier sound clip they released.

It's also interesting to listen to the vocals which name the Autobots as "Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Ratchet, Ironhide", so no mention of Jazz then.
