Following on from our report on Thursday 25th October, Toy-Hobby World have posted some full scans from the 177th issue of Figure King. Last Thursday we bought you news regarding the contents of the magazine, well now we have mirrored the images, which were originally available here, after the jump.
- The Transformers Encore release of Fortress Maximus. The images are the same official stock photos as seen on Amazon and other retailers.
- The Transformers Generations Feb 2012 releases are shown, again these are the same stock images used by online retailers of the Fall of Cybertron figures.
- Images are shown of the Masterpiece MP-15 Rumble and Jaguar (Ravage) figures as well as MP-16 Buzzsaw and Frenzy. There are also imagesa of MP-10b Black Convoy, Lambor (Sideswipe), Alert (Red Alert) as well as Soundwave with Starscream (the same images that were published within Dengeki Hobby).
- The two cap-bots, officially called Kaputicon's are once again shown. The toys come with a one-touch transformation gimmick much like the old Machine Wars and Beast Wars figures.
- There are some new imags of the Transformers United figures.
- Build Master Prime is shown as is Assualt Master Prime, Tank Master Prime and Marine Master Prime.

I have updated the website with an image gallery of the latest additional to our ever-expanding collection, the Toy Hobby Market exclusive, "Welcome to Transformers 2010" Universal Dominator Unicron figure. The toy is a heavily recoloured Armada Unicron with a new head sculpt based on the 1986 Transformers: The Movie cartoon. If I were to sum up the toy in one word that world would be AMAZING. TakaraTomy not only gave the figure a much improved head, but the new colour scheme vastly improved what was already a pretty good toy. The figure is painted in such a way that it highlights many of the details that were hidden on the previous version of the mold.
The image gallery includes comparison photographs with the Armada version of the toy as well as the Lucky Draw Green Unicron figure that we own. You will also see side-by-side comparison images of the mini-cons to highlight the differences with Dead-End as well.
If you are interested in owning one of these toys, we still have some available for £120 including recorded postage within the UK, so just drop us an email .

Just a quick update on the Welcome to Transformers 2010 Unicrons which we have ordered in from Toy Hobby Market. As you may recall we have ordered 10 of the figures which are packed 2-per-case which we are then selling on to fellow fans and collectors obviously keeping one back for ourselves. Well the shipment recently arrived at our Japanese contact who will be sending the figures out to us shortly. There are still some of the figures available if anyone is interested for £120.
You can find an image of our order below.

TFW2005.com member DrillBit has posted some images of more upcoming Japanese exclusive figures. The first is an image of the Tokyo Toy Show exclusives which are a repaint of the Transformers Revenge of the Fallen NEST Mindwipe and Skystalker figures into Generation Two Dreadwind and Smokescreen along with a Transformers Animated exclusive white repaint of Prowl who is called Elite Guard Prowl. Prowl will cost 2,500 yen and Dreadwing / Smokescreen will be 5,500yen. The figures will be available at the TakaraTomy booth on the 17th and 18th July as well as having a limited number available on e-Hobby. Like other exclusives of a similar vein, the figures will be limited to a few thousand.
Next is an image of another "Welcome to Transformers 2010" figure that will be sold as a Toy Hobby Market exclusive. The figure is Primus and is a recolour of the Transformers Cybertron / Galaxy Force Primus figure. No word yet on whether the figure will be limited to 2010 pieces like Sleep Mode Convoy (who was also limited to 2 pieces per person) or whether he will be produced in higher quantities with an unlimited amount like the Unicron figure (both of these figures will be available in limited quantities from Transformers At The Moon so we may also offer the Primus figure as well). Primus is out in October and costs 9,450yen.

We are pleased to announced that we have managed to order a limited number of the Toy Hobby Market exclusive Masterpiece Sleep Mode Convoy as well as the Generation One coloured Unicron figure.
For those considering ordering the figures direct, Toy Hobby Market limit the number of Sleep Mode Convoy figures to two items per customer, so if you are after more you will need to have a few people place orders. The figure is limited to a total production run of 2010 pieces.
We do not have the final price for the figures, or a final quantity as we are trying to order more as I post this, and will most likely not publish a final price until they are in hand but you can rest assured that will be try our best to keep the costs down to as minimum as possible.

Tformers have an image of what appears to be a re-release of Masterpiece Grimlock but as MP-08X. The differences between the new version of the figure and the old one include.
1. The new one comes with a crown (based on the Marvel comics)
2. The new release has a new box with a Marvel comic artwork cover
3. The sword and gun are recoloured
4. The figure itself has been recoloured to look more like the comic, ie the black has been changed to a dark blue.
5. The other accessories from the normal release have been dropped
You can view the image here.
