The BotCon
website has been updated with images of the third exclusive toy, this time Thrust, the third and final of the original three Strike Planes (Seekers), is shown off. The toy features remolded wings and uses the Transformers Classics Ramjet mold.
This leaves only Dreadwind and Bugbite to be shown, of the annouced figures. It will be interesting to see who, if anyone, else is released at the convention (possible Sunstorm and the Elita-1 Chromia repaint).

Hasbro's trademarks for
Thurst and
Blackarachnia have both been updated by the USPTO to say that they have been handed over to the TICRS. TICRS is the Trademark Image Capture and Retrieval System, a database that features images of the documents associated with application and registration files. It is this TICRS file that are publically available.

Two of
Hasbro's trademarks which had been put forward for their sixth year renewal, have now been passed to the paralegal team. If they are happy withh everything, then both marks should have their registrations extended. The marks are for
Thrust and
Soundwave.
The applicstion for
Soundbite, which we recently reported had been assigned to an examiner, has made it past the first stages of registration. The mark has been put into a state of 'LIE', which means it will wait approximatly two months before being published for opposition. At that point, challenges to Hasbros application can be filed. Assuming there are no challenges, or more to the point, no successful challenges, the mark should then become registered. This will probably be between 4 and 6 months from now.
