New Masterpiece Hot Rod (Hot Rodimus) on the way

One of the latest Japanese hobby magazines, probably Hyper Hobby (we need to confirm) has a silhoute image of a new Transformers Masterpiece Hot Rodimus toy (Hot Rod). The figure is said to be built in the same scale as the post MP10 Masterpieces, making the new MP Rodimus around the size of Prowl and Sideswipe.

Several fans complained about the quality of the original Masterpiece Rodimus Convoy and have been clamering for a new, in scale, improved version of the character. With 2016 celebrating the 30th anivsersay of Transformers: The Movie this may be the first of a few TFTM themed Masterpieces.

Combiner Wars Ultra Magnus and Rodimus Teaser

4Chan has a picture, said to be used as part of the planned marketing by Hasbro at the UK toyfair. The images includes what is a recolour (white) of Ultra Prime (Combiner Wars Optimus Prime's combiner head) as well as Rodimus (HotRod) (as a recolour of BlackJack).

There have alraedy been rumours that UK Toyfair Ultra Magnus would feature as a leader class toy, so that may well be the name of this combined toy. Will this be announced to stockists at the UK toy fair? We'll have to wait and see.

New images of Masterpiece Rodimus Convoy

The Cyber Gundam Blog have posted some scans from the December issue of Dengeki Hobby Magazine showing some new images of the upcoming Masterpiece Rodimus Convoy.� The scans show the toy in in all modes giving a better look at some of the gimmicks.

This months Figure King also cont�ains more images and information on this toy.

11 new Transformers Toy Galleries and 7 updated

With only a week to go before the 8th anniversary of Transformers At The Moon, we're getting even closer to our 1,900th Transformers toy gallery in our Transformers Toy Gallery area.

There are 467 new images for you to look at in 11 new Transformers toy galleries, along with 7 updated galleries, as we finish of our Transformers Alternators and Binaltech collection, as well as focusing on some Japanese Transformers.

The new galleries are: -

The updated galleries are some of our favorite Japanese re-molds / re-coloured toys, the Dinoforce.

This takes us to 1,896 Transformers toy galleries, featuring 30,591 photographs. Don't forget there are lots of our Transformers toy and merchandise images in our Transformers Miscellaneous Galleries area as well.

SDCC Toys on Hasbro Toyshop - Rodimus Sold out

The SDCC exclusive toys are on Hasbro toyshop, $24.99 for Rodimus and $14.99 for Menasor. Alternator Rodimus has already sold out, but there are Titanium Menasor's still available.

Unfortunatley the store only accepts US addresses, so if you're not in the US you'll have to rely on eBay.

We've updated our newly created July Mirror of Talk Transformers with some more images, this time of SDCC Exclusive Alternator Rodimus .... which wasn't actually exclusive to the convention after all. In any case there are a few pictures of Robot and Vehicle mode for you to look at.
