Below you will find a tag cloud of the most popular news story tags. Simply click on the tag to view all associated stories. Tag clouds are not always the most useful output of tagging, and so you can also browse the news stories using our tag index by clicking on the tag index tag below the tag cloud.
From this section you can browser through all of the possible tags that may have been assigned to a news story. The number of stories tagged to each tag appears within brackets after the tag name. E.G Megatron (456) means that 456 news stories have been tagged with the phrase "Megatron". To navigate, simply use the top bar to browse by the first character of the tag phrase.

Good news for Transformers Animated fans as Transformers Animated Fireblast Grimlock, the Animated Activiators recolour, has now been released within the US. TFW2005.com board member Articwave spotted the figure on sale at his local Stop & Shop store
As you know, as part of the Saturday evening entertainment at Auto Assembly 2009 there will be a script reading featuring Gregg Berger, Ian James Corlett, comic artist Simon Williams and - subject to his appearance at the convention - Neil Kaplan in a brand new script being written exclusively for Auto Assembly by Simon Furman (who is writing All Hail Megatron issue 13 which is having a convention exclusive variant cover from Nick Roche and Liam Shalloo). However, the script has more than those few characters now it's time to give YOU the chance to appear on stage with these Transformers voice actors...!
Starting now, we are casting for four roles in this short play set in the Beast Wars era and to have a chance of playing one of these characters, all you need to do is decide which part(s) you want to audition for and just send us an MP3 of you doing that voice and include your ticket number with your email! We'll listen to all of the entries and select a winner and runner up to act as an understudy incase the winner isn't available on the evening!
There are just three basic rules for this competition:- 1. All entrants must be 16 or over. 2. Entrants must be FULL WEEKEND attendees and available for the Saturday evening programme. 3. You must pre-register for the convention and auditions must be received by no later than 31st July 2009. Apart from that, the auditions are open to everyone, INCLUDING our guests! Naturally, Auto Assembly Committee members and their families are not eligible to enter.
We have open audtions for the following Beast Wars characters:- Megatron, Razorbeast, Dinobot and Waspinator so get your files to us as soon as possible! You can create dialogue yourself, perform existing lines from the TV show (or the comic in the case of Razorbeast) or request a short extract from the actual script and we will send a small piece for you to record but you need to hurry!
For full details on Auto Assembly 2009 and to book your tickets, visit the website at www.autoassembly.org.uk To submit your audition, send it to autoassembly@aol.com

Auto Assembly 2009 is just over four weeks away and is on course to set a new European attendance record from pre-registrations alone! However, as the date of the convention is closing fast, we felt that it was time to remind all of you who haven't already booked that you need to hurry if you haven't so you can get your tickets in advance so you don't have to worry about coming along and paying on the day...
We have now set the cut-off dates for pre-registrations so you can plan out when you will need to get your registrations in to us. The dates that your bookings MUST reach us are as follows:
Standard online bookings for weekend and one-day passes (UK):- 10th August 2009
Standard online bookings for weekend and one-day passes (International):- 3rd August 2009
Standard postal bookings for weekend and one-day passes (UK):- 5th August 2009
Standard postal bookings for weekend and one-day passes (International):- 3rd August 2009
Non-Attendee package purchases (worldwide):- 9:00 pm, 12th August 2009
Please note that these are the ABSOLUTE latest date that we can accept bookings and guarantee that your passes will reach you in time for the convention. If you book after these dates, we will do everything possible to get your passes to you before the convention takes place but please bear in mind the time taken for delivery and that we will have work pressures and we will be preparing, dismantling and packing all of our equipment for the convention on Wednesday 12th August so NO bookings will be able to be processed after 9:00 pm on that date.
We do anticipate that we will have on-the-door places available but at the moment we do not know how many of these there will be. These will be announced on the website once pre-bookings close but to ensure your place pre-registration is recommended.
We have now uploaded a full programme onto the website so you can see what will be taking place over the weekend on each day so you can see the benefits of attending for the full weekend and what you will miss if you only attend for the single day. We are still adding more though so this is still not a comprehensive list! We are also still in talks with up to SIX more guests and should be announcing more soon...!
Our current batch of single day tickets for the Saturday have almost sold out although we do have plenty of Sunday and Full Weekend passes available, along with Non-Attendee packages if you are unable to join us. To purchase your non-attendee package or tickets, visit the Auto Asembly website NOW! We previewed the inks to the convention exclusive comic for Auto Assembly 2009 recently when we were interviewed here at Transformers@TheMoon. Since then, many people have wanted to know what the finished cover for our convention exclusive variant cover to IDW's All Hail Megatron Issue 13 is going to look like. Well, the wait is over...
Adding the finishing touch to Nick Roche's pencils is the fantastic colours of Liam Shalloo to bring you this fantastic tribute to Jurassic Park and featuring Grimlock (both of whom will be attending the convention and who can sign the comic for those of you who buy it along with G1 voice actor Gregg Berger)! The comic is being produced for Auto Assembly 2009 by Apocalypse Comics and will be available during the convention weekend from their table. Sales will limited to a maximum of just TWO per attendee while stocks last as there are only 1,000 copies being printed of this book!
Auto Assembly 2009 is set to be a record-breaking convention for European Transformers fans and this is one convention you don't want to miss!

Auto Assembly have sent out a press release announcing just what out involvement in AA2009 will be this year ...
Auto Assembly Press Release
Auto Assembly 2009 Hosts Worlds Largest Lucky Draw Display
Each year, Auto Assembly has seen a display of rare "Lucky Draw" Transformers from the vast collection owned by Steven and David Mapes, webmasters at Transformers At The Moon which has attracted a great deal of attention at each convention. Now, as part of our celebrations for the 25th Anniversary year, Transformers At The Moon will be doing something rather special for their display at Auto Assembly 2009...
This year they will be bringing their ENTIRE collection of Lucky Draw toys to the convention to form their display, which will feature well over 40 toys showcased. This will be the largest single display of these toys - and other rare items - ever collected in one place and many of these have never been seen at Auto Assembly before. This will be your only opportunity to see so many of these rarities in one place and there will be so many that the display is having to be split over the weekend so to see them all you will need to be at the convention for the whole weekend!
There will be well over £60,000 worth of toys on display and this is a unique opportunity for die-hard collectors everywhere to see these toys. For more information, and details on some of the highlights of the display, visit the page on the Auto Assembly website here: http://www.autoassembly.org.uk/AA2009LuckyDrawDisplay.htm or visit their website at http://www.luckydrawtransformers.com
You can also find a provisional programme for the convention on the Auto Assembly website, along with details on many other activities taking place over the weekend. For full details on Auto Assembly 2009 and to book your tickets, visit the website at www.autoassembly.org.uk
