Figure King Magazine has revealed the first small photo of part of the upcoming Masterpiece Convoy (Optimus Prime) Version 3 along with the gold MP-10 Convoy and MP-27+ Lazerwave!

Takara-Tomy are continuing their partnership with A Bathing Ape (BAPE) with a January release of a new redeco of the MP-10 mold called “MP-10K Convoy Black Camo Version“. The figure is a black and grey Masterpiece Optimus Prime and is almost a "sleep mode" version of MP-10.  BAPE Transformers crossover merchandise are alwaysy limited editions with drawings taking place on January 2nd at 9:30 am in various Japanese BAPE stores. TakaraTomy were in attendance at Winter Wonderfest 2016 in Japan and had display cases showing off their upcoming 20th Anniversary Masterpiece Beast Wars Convoy along with the grey prototype for Unite Warriors Bruticus.

Transformers Asia updated their Facebook page a couple of days ago with some new images of the Ultimate Edition Movie Optimus Prime. This release is of the Revenge of the Falllen figure comes with a new paint job, the accessories of the Japanese exclusive Dark of the Moon Striker Optimus Prime and Jetwings Optimus Prime as well as the sword and hook purchase incentives.

Robot Kingdom have posted some images of the just released Transformers-Evangelion cross-overr MP-10 Optimus Prime repaint onto their Facebook page. Takara-Tomy have updated their website with the announcement of a new line of Transformers toys called "Transformers Legends".  The line is basically the new official Japanese title for the Generations Figures but also contains some Japanese exclusive items.  The first two releases to be announced are Rattle (Rattrap) and Convoy (Optimus Primal), from Beast Wars. Rattle is the Generations Deluxe class Rattrap figure with a new deco whilst Convoy is the 10th Anniverary Golden Disk Beast Wars Ultra class toy. They are currently due for release in October 2014.

Ameblo.jp have updated their website with some new images of the Sentinel transforming Optimus Prime pen, or the "Convoy Pen" to give use it's official name. The working pen will go on sale in September of this year for 3,980 yen and will be available in three colour schemes. The first is a traditional red and blue Convoy / Optimus Prime theme, the second is a Decepticon Black recolour and the third is a white Ultra Magnus recolour. The images, which can be seen below, appear to have been coloured on a computer so the final products may vary.

Transformersasia released a picture of the upcoming Asia Exclusive THS-02B Black Convoy. The figure is different from the original e-Hobby exclusive in as much as this new version has a blue windshield rather than red, uses gold chrome accents rather than silver and has blue eyes.  The toy is due for release very shortly on the 8th November 2013 though there is no word whether he will come with the parts to change the reissue of the standard figure into the Generation 2 version or not.

TakaraTomy are putting some limited edition (100) signed prints of the original boxart for Convoy (Optimus Prime) drawn, and signed, by Shin Ueda 上田 信（うえだ しん）
