While at work today, I was checking the system for transformers stock (as I do ... :P) .. when I came across Alternators, I noticed it was x-line, this does not surprise me as I never expected for TRU to stock any others than Smokescreen .. however, I then checked Energon .. and to my surprise, I found that they have decided to x-line Energon Deluxe figures too.
I asked my manager the full definition of x-line items, and he told me they are items that may or may not be discontinued in terms of production, but are not being brought in by TRU anymore, and as such are highly unlikely to bee seen in stores again.
I found this very disconcerting, especially as I was just reassuring other people on the "Has TRU axed Energon" thread, otherwise .. not sure what the future holds now :-/
