No this not the original Transformers mark that Hasbro applied for, but one they was submitted in October 2000.
The next update is that SCAVENGER has been passed to the paralegal team to decide whether or not the mark will be accepted under Section 8, and granted an extension of use.
Finally the mark of SILVERSTREAK has finally been registered. Its registration number is 3149198. Its took almost 27 months for Hasbro's application to become registered, which compared to some, is pretty good.
