Two of Hasbro's Trademark applications have been updated recently by the US Patent and Trademark Office. the first was their 2004 registration for Windcharger (most probably for the Alternator) which has been abandoned due to Hasbro not filing and 'statements of use' since they were issued with the 'notice of allowance', the precursor to obtaining the trademark itself.

Its better news for Hasbro on another Alternator, their 2004 application for the mark Silverstreak looks set to finally become a registered one. First submitted in 2004, their application was suspended in early 2005, before Hasbro were granted with a notice of allowance at the start of this year. Since they, Hasbro requested an extension, which was granted, updated the 'use' information and now, 25 months since their first application, the registration has been accepted and will soon be issued with a registration number.
