Last Maximal has posted two images over on the Allspark which show that the recolour of Transformers Classics Optimus Prime that has recently popped up in some auctions is an upcoming release from Platinum Series two pack with a redeco of Voyager Classics Megatron!
The toys within the pack are redecos of the original Transformers Classics Voyager molds for the same characters. Optimus Prime retains his traditional red and blue deco, but uses clear blue panels on the arms and has a Autobot symbol stamped on his wind vane. The Megatron has a silver body, with red forearms and red-and-black legs, in robot form whilst the gun mode is mainly red to pass the requirements to make toy guns look like toys and not real guns.
The set is called “One Shall Stand, One Shall Fall” and much like the Platinum series Planet of Junk Clash set, is another special edition being made to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Transformers: the Movie.
According to Last Maximal, this set is out in specialty stores in the Philippines.

Twitter user Mr. Crying Face has posted a clearer image of the highly anticipated Transformers Unite Warriors Blast Off figure. The image, which is a scan from a Japanese Hobby Magazine, shows Blast Off’s robot mode as well as his alt mode showing, in turn, a better idea of how his transformation will work. The images suggest that Blast-Off is going to be a completely new figure or an extremely head re-tooling at the vers least.

Sorry for not posting much news recently, the reason for this may have become clear if you have seen the recent anouncement by TFNation showing out involvement in the UK convention. We've been busy on the corporate side of convention organisation, along with creating a custom ticketing system for the show. This has meant we have once again fallen behind on new stories.
Here's a catchup on the world of Transformers: Titan Returns / Transformers: Combiner Wars.
Leader Class Soundwave confirmed
Hasbro have showed off CG renders of Titan Returns Leaderclass Soundwave. Soundwave is a headmaster figure and a remold of Titan Returns Blaster.
Leo Kaiser
This one came as more of a suprise that Leo Kaiser was getting a release in Combiner Wars. the figure includes a recolour of Skylynx as Leo Zak and Jagauar.
Computron
Weibo user z multiplier has posted a few images of art work from what appears to be the packaging of Transformers: Unite Warriors Computron, the Japanese version of what would be the Transformers: Combiner Wars Technobots. So far Afterburner (a recolour of Unite Warriors Groove), Nosecone and Lightspeed have been shown off. Also a black and white image of a toy representing Strafe has also been shown.
Unite Warriors Bruticus - potential new Blast Off and Vortex
TFYuki posted an blacked out image of the Transformers: Unite Warriors Bruticus on his Twitter account. The image seems to show a new possible mold for Blast Off as well as Vortex.
If you are a fan of Transformers: Combiner Wars then stay tuned to some up coming TFNation news.

Seibertron are reporting a blast from the past as Kellogs Canada have teamed up with Hasbro to run a campaign on the boxes of cereal packets to give away Hasbro toys and games which includes Transformers!
These types of campaigns were extremely popular during the 1980s and so it's nice to see them return.
You can read more about the campaign and see the images over on Seibertron.com
