Below you will find a tag cloud of the most popular news story tags. Simply click on the tag to view all associated stories. Tag clouds are not always the most useful output of tagging, and so you can also browse the news stories using our tag index by clicking on the tag index tag below the tag cloud.
From this section you can browser through all of the possible tags that may have been assigned to a news story. The number of stories tagged to each tag appears within brackets after the tag name. E.G Megatron (456) means that 456 news stories have been tagged with the phrase "Megatron". To navigate, simply use the top bar to browse by the first character of the tag phrase.
Craig's List have posted another listing for a casting call in in Chicago by a company named Joan Philo Casting who are looking for "Ukranian or Ukranian-looking people", who know how to handle firearms for a shoot in April.
The listing should be considered a rumour as there have been scams in the past using this type of advertising to request fees to apply. Either way you can see the post here

It's not Transformers related but Stan Bush's The Touch is due to be released for Gutair Hero World Tour on Thursday 28th May.
You can see the original post on GuitarHero.com.
Chud.com are reporting that Megatron will reappear in the Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen foilm with an alternate mode of a tank, replacing his alien jet fighter form from the first film.
There is no information on where this rumour started, so we're just listing this as a rumour at the moment. Director Michael Bay has stated that false information will be leaked during the production of the film. Is this part of the false information, or could it be that this is the true form of The Fallen, and that the previously "confirmed" Fallen character was in-fact the false truth?
TFormers are running a story they picked up on at the SDCC involving a possible Revoltech release for Grimlock and Soundwave.
When asked about any future Transformers characters in Kaiyodo's Revoltech line, Organic Hobby hinted Soundwave and Grimlock in a casual conversation at this past weekend's San Diego Comic-Con 2008.
OF cause this could just be characters they'd like to do, but stay tuned for more information when it comes in.
A few US Transformers sites are speculating that the sighting of Transformers Animated toys in Canada may indicate an earlier release date, some stating May, for the Transformers Animated toyline.
Is this wishful thinking, or a foresight of things to come. For the moment we just have to wait and see.
More Information
Thanks to Snakas for posting more info from Autobase Aichi, which got it from a Japanese online
store:
You can see lists at Rauten for Arcee and Convoy
Previous Update
More images are now available of BT 21 Arcee and BT 22 Convoy.
The toys are also up for Pre-Order at Fan to Fan
Original Story
Two images have appeared online, thanks to naughtyguy, of what is described as Transformers Binaltech 21 and 22. The toys are a recolour of Alternator Windcharger / Decepticharge and a yellow recolour of Alternator Optimus Prime (BT Convoy).
Our initial attempts to translate the names haven't resulted in anything which makes sense yet, though TFWorld2005 member SydneyY has spotted the name of Arcee for the first, whilst Binaltech / Alternator expert Nevermore originally said Tiger Convoy for the second., but so far only Convoy is known, probably not in a different colour.
Discuss these pictures on our Transformers Forum
In somewhat of a surprise move, the Binaltech line is coming back to Japan! TakaraTomy will be releasing two more Binaltech figures, though both are recolours. The first is BT-19 Bluestreak, a repainted BT Silverstreak but all in blue. The second is BT-20 Meister, a metallic silver recolour of the normal BT Meister toys.

Toy Workers have updated their blog with an entry that is for a pre-order of what they are referring to as the 2008 San Deigo Comic Con exclusive Classics Nemesis Prime. The figure is a black and silver repaint of Transformers Classics Optimus Prime. You can view the image below.
At this time it is not known whether the item is legit or not, hence why this news story is under the rumours category.

TFW2005 poster, Darth Convoy, has once again posted details of more toys being made in China for the Botcon 2008 convention later in the year. The new figures are.
1. Energon Megatron repainted silver and black with blue wings and a new head.
2. Classics Rodimus painted black with a beard.
The figures will be bundled together (like the Alphatrion / Weridwolf set) along with a Minicon

There is an auction on eBay at the moment for what is listed as a testshot for a Transformers Universe Menasor, a recolour of European Exclusive Generation One Thunderclash (Machine Wars Optimus Prime).
According to a report we have received, in the latest issue of Figure King (No 118) there are images of the Transformers Encore Ironhide and Ratchet showing that the figures will come with an image of their faces from the cartoons series which can be cut out and placed on the toy to give the figure a more authentic look. We're trying to find more on this as well as images.
