ACToys.net member oyloveq  has posted an imaged of an upcoming third-party (unofficial) product called "DB2-01 Armored Saber" which is basically Victory Saber (the combined form of Star Saber and Victory Leo). No other info has been given about the product; including price, release date, or even what company is behind the design.

In an update on KOToys.com regarding a new knock-off Generation One Devastator Mike posted the following update when asked whether he had more information on their release.

"no, not sure about those, the guy who makes these is not very good at communication."

So it could be that those knock-offs have been delayed or maybe even cancelled.  Either way you can find images of the boxes they would come in on that thread.

FullMetalHero.com are reporting an interesting rumour that a UK exclusive Transformers Dark of the Moon Leadfoot figure may be coming later in the year.  According to Red Leader, "a well known UK high street wholesaler on Thursday indicate that the UK may be getting a Leadfoot figure in a limited capacity, no figure class details were revealed but the order quantity must be 5000 for the exclusivity and it may possibly be stocked by a high street chain well known for serving the UK with sci fi products, it is still an open offer so anyone can still bite. Go on TRU, you know you want to!"

This would certainly be an interesting and we will let you know if we hear any more

Seibertron.com have been sent a poor quality image of what appears to be a clear coloured Transformers Movie Voyager Optimus Prime.  There is no word on the exact source of the figure which could easily be a fake / knock-off.  The image originally contained a watermark that would have identified the source, if you recognise the only part of this mark that is left, let us know.  It would be odd to see the 07 figure re-released, but with the recent Sons of Cybertron sets, it is possible.

HongKong based fan catz has dropped by TFW2005.com reporting a rumour that he heard form a Hong Kong supplier that the Seacons will be released by Hasbro in July and that there is a Target Exclusive three pack on the way of Hot Rod, Galvatron and Cyclonus.

­This afternoon a dozen auctions ended on Yahoo Japan Auctions for various testshots and samples of Generation One and Diaclone figures.  The auctions ended in total for over $7,600­­ (£5,167)!­  The auctions were for:

• Blaster (testshot)
• Tracks (hardcopy / mock-up)
• Huffer (testshot)
• Ironhide (testshot)
• Sideswipe (testshot)
• Hoist (testshot)
• Astrotrain (testshot)
• Convoy (testshot)
• Skywarp (testshot)
• Thrust (testshot)

We waited a few days before putting these image galleries online to allow the auctions that were on Yahoo Japan to end to try to help protected the bidders against shill bidding.   Before anyone asks, no we did not win any of the auctions as we did not bid.  The figures are will soon be in the hands of collectors so keep an eye out for newer images in the coming months, and some items may be sold on via eBay in the future.

For anyone interested in early samples, especially mock-up pieces, the Tracks mock-ups (more likely a Diaclone mock-up) are amazing pieces.

S250 has "tweeted" another rumour, this time that a new Unicron repaint will be released by Takara Tomy in September  2010.  S250 goes on to speculate that the figure may be released as part of the "Welcome to Transformers 2010" theme of TakaraTomy releases.

Again, this should be considered a rumour, but S250 does have a good record for these things hence this rumour report.

S250 have posted a Twitter update stating that he had "just heard some rumor about Giant character of coming transformers series".  This was then followed by the tweat "something like giant arachnida and dinosaur......".  Now some of you may remember that towards the end of last year we broke news the Hasbro Inc had submitted a Trademark application to the USPTO for the mark Airachinid could this be the name of this giant character that S250 has heard about?

Its possible, though its also possible that it is in no way related to what he has heard or that what he has heard is simple wrong. Time will tell but you can be sure we will update you if this story develops into anything more concrete, so for now keep it as a rumour.­

Update: We asked S250 if they could have meant Airachinid to which he replied "What I heard is belong to Arthropoda-Arachricla-Scorpionida", so basically the rumour specifically relates to a Chelicerata which is the group of Athropods that includes scorpions and spiders.  This makes it less likely to be Airachinid, who's name suggests flight as well as being an arachnid, though not impossible.

Update 2:S250 has posted in a thread over on TFW2005.com that he's now been told that it is not a spider but a scorpiones, the class of arachnida to which scorpions belong.  So its more likely that it will not be related to Airachinid, but remember that this news article is only a rumour and, as such, should be treated as speculation only.
