The convention rumours continue it seems as a report over on The Allspark points that the rumour that Fub Pub will be loosing its Transformers Convention license just doens't seem to want to go away. We find that unlikely considering howPete Sinclair mentioned that the Botcon 2018 theme was coming along well whilst at RORC 2016.
The Allspark reports though that the Official Collectors Club, the TFCC, will be ending in December next year regardless of when you renew your membership with the same happening for the G.I.Joe Club. The membership normally runs for 12 month but as the US fansite points out BOTH the Transformers and G.I.Joe collectors club stores report that "all memberships will terminate with the December 2016 issue of the club magazines".
What does this mean? Who knows. There is no specific mention of Botcon, JoeCon or the figure subscription services so it may just be the end of the printed magazine no doubt time will tell and rumours will continue to fly around.
You can view their post here as well the TFCC listing here.

TFW2005.com board member Icespark has gone sniffing around the ToysRUs computer system and is reporting finding an entry for Masterpiece Bluestreak listed at $59.99. The figure does not have a release date and the document appears to be dated as the 9th Jan even though Icespark posted about it today.
For now take this news as a rumour but you can view the entry below.

eToys Japan and various over Asian retailers are reporting via their websites and Facebook that TakaraTomy are going to be releasing a brand new Optimus Prime figure as apart of the Transformers Go! toy line number G-26 and released in Jan 2014. The report, which can be seen below, states that Prime will be a triple changer transforming from Robot to Dragon to train and will also combine with both Kenzan and Gekisomaru.
Transformers Go! G26 Optimus EX Prime by Takara Tomy. This is a Japan original design that combines with G01 Kenzan and G05 Gekisoumaru together. On its own it is a triple changer that transformers from robot to train to a Dragon. With light and sound gimmick... Pre-order releasing in Jan 2014.
The listing seems a little odd as, thus far, there has been no clue to Optimus Prime taking any action within the Transformers Go! series, other than brief appearances within the first four parts (Samurai 1-3 and Shinobi 1), so treat this as a rumour for now as no pictures are currently available and there has been no official confirmation for a toy who will supposedly be released in just a few months.

Big Bad Toy Store, who recently had to eat humble-pie with their incorrect Reissue Super Fire Convoy toy are now spreading another rumour regarding Transformers Masterpiece. The latest rumours, after the Bumblebee and Wheeljack ones from Big Bad Toys Store (still not confirmed by anyone) is that MP22 will be Ultra Magnus Perfect Edition.
Takara-Tomy's designers have spoken in the past about their hope to bring a proper Ultra Magnus toy into the Masterpiece Line, but they were not able to do so.
BBTS say
The based off the updated MP-10 Convoy mold and will at last come with an all new fully functional trailer that will combine with the Ultra Magnus cab for the ultimate display piece!
Like any annoucement form BBTS we take this with a pinch of salt and advise you not to pre-order and part with any cash yet.

Big Bad Toy Store has posted up listings for Transformers Masterpiece MP20 Wheeljack and Transformers Masterpiece MP-21 Bumblebee. The listsings are yet to be confirmed, as BBTS have been incorrect before on pre-orders, although they did correctly list Masterpiece Tigertracks before the figure was annouced.
MP Bumblebee, Bumble in Japan, is expected to be realased as MP20 so the news that he may be MP 21 with Wheeljack as MP 20 is some what of a suprised
We have this filed under rumour at the moment. If Wheeljack is done then we'd expect a blue Slicer recolour to be released as well.

The latest issue of Figure King has hit news stands, and with it a bunch of new news to speculate about. In the issue is some excerpts from TakaraTomy's Transformers designers, among the things mentioned are:
- The samurai motif for Transformers GO! was created to appeal to TakaraTomy's customers.
- Response to Encore 23 Fortress Maximus was greater than expected - therefore the Encore line will continue.
- Masterpiece Prowl & Streak's orders exceeded TakaraTomy's expectations - so the figures are delayed as a result of increasing production.
- An announcement regarding Masterpiece Smokescreen is impending and the figure will feature a lot of new parts compared to Prowl & Streak.
- TakaraTomy's designers are going to continue to bother car companies about licensing their vehicles for the Masterpiece line.
- TakaraTomy's version of Metroplex will feature different colors and an additional gun compared to Hasbro's mass retail version.
- Tokyo Toy Show will run on June 15th & 16th.
- The first 3 Autobot GO! figures will be available to purchase early at the show.
- Masterpiece Tigertrack will be available for 6,000 Yen at the show and will feature non-chromed versions of Lambor's Amazon.co.jp exclusive pile drivers over the default pile drivers included with Masterpiece LamborExpect a bit announcement at the show. Could this be Masterpiece Smokescreen or something else?
- McDonald's will be running another Transformers Happy Meal promotion starting June 21st - could there be GO! Happy Meal toys on the way?

Australian Transformers fansite Ozformers are reporting that Hasbro may be releaseing Masterpiece Soundwave within Australia, via Toys R Us, as well as a new Masterpiece figure in the form of Acidstorm, a green recolour of Starscream. The news came about when Ozformers member Ultra Mackness contacted Hasbro Australia's customer support asking about a possible Australian release of Masterpiece Soundwave and was told that Soundwave would be released in Toys R Us in July 2013.
Having received this replied another member, Griffin, then proceeded to contact TRU to ask if other Masterpiece figures were listed within their system. They replied to him stating that they had a listing for a Masterpiece Acidstorm. If true, then this figures will also be released within the US with a very small chance that we may see them in other territories in 2014. Below is a copy of the original communications.
Ultra Mackness:Okay so to help me make a decision about whether I give Takara my cash for MP Soundwave, I decided to email Hasbro about whether there will be a Hasbro release of MPSW or not and just got this reply:
"Hi Michael, I am sorry for the delay in responding. I have checked with a colleague who specializes in Transformers. He has confirmed that the Masterpiece Soundwave line will be sold in Australia through Toys-R-Us, but not until July 2013. They are expected to sell in Toys-R-Us from July to September. Kind regards, Hasbro Consumer Services"
Griffin wrote on the Ozformers board: "As mentioned in the Hasbro MP Soundwave topic (which is now confirmed to be coming out in mid-2013), I asked ToysRUs if any more Masterpiece toys are in their system, hoping it was Sideswipe.... but no, a different Masterpiece toy by Hasbro is coming to ToysRUs at the same time as Soundwave..... Acid Storm. A green Starscream redeco, to add to the Masterpiece seeker squadron. Priced at AU$100, it is $20 more than Thundercracker... so could have a similar price increase in America. Considering how many Masterpiece toys are coming out of Japan at the moment, I was not expecting Hasbro to release one that Japan hasn't done (yet). Acid Storm was a classic-verse toy/character that didn't get released in Japan either, so maybe this MP toy is a Hasbro exclusive as well."
