Below you will find a tag cloud of the most popular news story tags. Simply click on the tag to view all associated stories. Tag clouds are not always the most useful output of tagging, and so you can also browse the news stories using our tag index by clicking on the tag index tag below the tag cloud.
From this section you can browser through all of the possible tags that may have been assigned to a news story. The number of stories tagged to each tag appears within brackets after the tag name. E.G Megatron (456) means that 456 news stories have been tagged with the phrase "Megatron". To navigate, simply use the top bar to browse by the first character of the tag phrase.

eBay seller JokersFunHouse has placed two auctions on ebay for what they describe as the helmets of two "official appearance costume pieces" in the form of Grimlock and Kickback. Although some may question the authenticity of such pieces, we know first hand that such items were producecd during the 80s for promotional events as a Jazz costume was used in our local shopping centre as a promotion for D&H in the mid-80s making it into the local newspaper. You can view the auctions here and here.
Thanks to DaveTheRave for pointing us in the direction of his ebay auction for the S.T.A.R.S Battlepack playset. If you do not know what S.T.A.R.S playset was, it was a cardboard base for the Autobots which was produced during the early years of the Transformers and sold via the S.T.A.R.S collectors club, the first official Transformers club which sold mail-away toys such as the Omibots and Refelctor. DaveTheRaves' auction also included other 80s Transformers merchandise but the S.T.A.R.S base, especially in the condition that this appears to be, is what will be of most interest collectors.
TF08 has been at it again with more testshots of Transformers Revenge of the Fallen toys. Following on from Soundwave is Deadend (a deluxe figure) as well as an unknown truck.
Pascal (who often buys figures from TF08, has shared his pictures and a review of DeadEnd at Cybertron.ca).

Thanks to The Allspark for the original report.
As it's a little bit of a slow news day today, though we have another Beast Wars Neo bible update for you this afternoon, I thought we'd link to the latest discussion on AcToys about the Diamond Select Omega Supreme statue.
The thread includes lots of pictures, so you'll have to be patient whilst it loads. It's worth taking a look if you've not seen this piece before.
