There are rumors going around of a Takara re-issue of Magnaboss, but the exact details are a little sketchy.
Rakuten.co.jp seem to be the origin of the information, reporting on a
Beast Wars Neo cartoon accurate re-tool.
What is odd about this? Well the Magnaboss toy featured in the Beast Wars II cartoon (remember Lio Jr).
What exactly is going on with this story. It appears only time will tell.
Thanks to Nevermore and Autobase Aichi (Snakas) for the info.

In his
Sunday Update, on his message board, Don Murphy posted regarding the budget of the TF Movie.
...The biggest TF news is that Paramount and Dreamworks wanted the budget down to say XXX and we were at YYY and needed to get rid of ZZZ. Which we did. So we are at the door, ready for the greenlight. It could still not happen but it looks real good.
Which simply means that the budget that Paramount and Dreamworks had in mind was less than that which Don Murphy and co had been planning for, so they had to make some savings to stay within target.

A day after Hasbro were quoted by TFAuctions saying "more on Primus this week", we now get pictures of Galaxy Force: Primus in packaging.
The auction for the leaked toy is on
Taobao Auctions, the seller is Easyspace (who has been responsible for much of the latest "leaked pictures"). The images have been mirrored on several US Transformers sites, including
The Allspark, as the auction site isn't the fastest loading website - and being an auction the pictures won't be there forever.
An intesting note is the box art is based on the G1 theme.
