It is with a heavy heart that I must pass on the sad news that our friend Brett AKA Toughboot AKA Primus passed away on Friday. Brett was an avid Transformers and sci-fi fan, an extremely funny guy and also a talented writer. He wrote an atricle on Transformers which appeared in the
Forbidden Planet Magazine back in June of last year.
Brett will be missed.

TFAuctions.com "create a villain contest" has now ended.
We would like to thank everybody that entered and we were blown away by the response from the fandom.
All entries are now being viewed by ourselves and then will be short
listed and passed onto Guido Guidi and Simon Furman for their opinion.
We will then decide on the overall winner and announce the villain in
the coming month.
Again thank you to everyone that has entered this comp and we look forward to announcing the winner shortly.

We've now launched version 2 of our backend program that powers our
Transformer Trademark pages. Version 2 primarily consists of a more flexible, more stable and faster engine, with a much intuative searching and matching algorithm for checking for new Transformer related trademark applications. We've re-run version 2 over our records to update anything that version 1 to 1.5 missed. The results, were 11 more entries that ranged from 1983 to 2006, including the lastest two since our
last report on the 13th June of Soundbite, something that seemed to slip past many people.
Our
Transformer Trademark page now contains 364 applications and 4,355 status updates to those trademarks
