Hasbro"s Q & A has been updated (as it is most thursday afternoons / evenings). Here is this weeks questions
Q: In January 2003, several sources reported a Hasbro solicitation of a set of toys called "Stunticons", with members including "Wildracer" and "Dead End". Are these toys going to be produced?
A: These are not in our plan.
Q: Are there plans to release a Sunstreaker or AUTOBOT JAZZ in the TRANSFORMERS ALTERNATORS line?
A: We are still in the development stage for much of the TRANSFORMERS ALTERNATORS line as we investigate further licensing relationships. These two items are not currently in our plans at this time.

You demanded it and we delivered! We would like to announce the grand opening of the new and improved online merchandise store. We"ll be adding more items each week, so be sure to check back often. TF World 2005 have a summary of their live chat with Botcon Organisers Jon and Karl Hartman as well as with Pete Sinclair. Here is a small summary of what was announced.
Dan Gilvezan, voice of Transformers G1 Bumblebee, Outback, and Goldbug (he also Played Spider-man in the 80s Cartoon, Questar in Dinoriders and leant his voice to many many other shows at the time) will be attending BOTCON for one day. He joins Peter Cullenwho had alerady been announced.
There is going to have a special Breakfast Buffet, costing around $55 and the first 185 pre-registrants. They will also receive a toy Exclusive linked to a previous Botcon exclusive
A collector will be displaying his entire loose Transformers collection. It will be the largest Private collection showed at a pubilc event (apparently)
Another guest is scheduled to appear during BOTCON. However, the guest"s identity will remain unknown until the show
George Dunsay, the man responsible for bringing the Transformers brand name to the toy shelves, was scheduled as a guest but will not be able to attend due to family conflicts. However, a contribution from George will be on hand for the show!

Tformers have news from their coverage at the 2004 Toy Fair that Palisades will be releasing a G1 Ultra Magnus 6" statue as an OTFCC 2004 exclusive. The statue will be a mini-sized version of the Optimus Prime statue repainted as Ultra Magnus. Palisades has also announced G1 Starscream will be issued after Grimlock. The 6" statues will sell for about $65 retail. Stay tuned for more updates from Toy Fair.

We thought you might be interested in reading
this topic on our message board that start about the Clear Road Hauler on Ebay and then became an explanation of the so called "Lunch Time Specials" that we all consider to be fakes. Well Paul Hitchen"s (Space-Bridge) has another side of the story regarding these and how they come about. Paul is well known for having some extremely rare pieces in his impressive collection and knowledge on the ins and outs of these types of things so it makes an interesting read

We just noticed as part of their Feb new Year Celebration, E-Hobby have a MOSC Battle Charger!!! Yes Runabout is feature on this page
here. Apart from being a prize, what does this mean?? Is he dude for re-release? Do E-Hobby still have an original one carded? If so what others might they have stashed away? We hope to bring you the answers soon.
