We have had a lot of trouble with the topics on our convention forum. SO tonight we decided to create three new forums and move the topics between the three. Transforce and Auto Assembly gain their own areas whilst all the other conventions are part of the general conventions area.
During the move we have lost several topic. The latest Auto Assembly announcement has been lost as has several Transforce ones from last week and the week before. We know others have been but can not remember what they were about. So basically if you are looking for an topic that was in the old Conventions Forum and you can not find it, then it is one of those which went.
The trouble with our message board losing threads, dropping threads right down to the last page as well as the degrading state of the admin area is leading us to push further forward in prepartions to move to a different message board.
We are sorry if this has been effecting your internet time.

With only 11 days till
DutchBot-Con in the Netherlands and only 31 until
OTFCC in America, you might be looking around for cheap Travel Insurance. Travel Insurance from Travel Agents can often cost you three or even five times as much as going direct, when you"re travelling out to a convention, its not something you want to be spending over the top on. As such we thought we"d give you some links to place where you can purchase cheap but decent Insurance.
1.
InsureMore - Direct selling insurance from an 2003 award winner. Arrange by one of the UKs leading Travel Insurers. 7 Days to the states for one Adult (18 to 60) would cost you from £17.82. For 12 months cover to anywhere in the world it would cost from £57.60. You can see the cover limits
here
2.
InsureAndGo - One of the most well advertised and growing online insurance companies. 7 Days to the states for one adult would cost you £28.49. Annual £55. You can find the summary of cover
here
3.
Preferential - 7 days Worldwide is £28.50. Annual is £90.25. You will find the Summary of Cover
here. You need to click to view the different cover for Single trip to Annual
We hope you find these sites of use. If not for a convention then for a general holiday.

We really liked the concept art in the
Deluxe Generations book we recently bought and as such we created a gallery showing some of the images. Since the feedback was postive, we decided today to add more samples to the gallery. So take another look, as we have added 194 images to what was there.

One of the most popular Transformers sites in the history of the web has finally be relaunched under new "management". That site is of course Transfans. Transfans has been running for many many years and even after the wbeiste stop being updated the forum and community continued to flurish. Now Transfans has a new look, new staff, and new home at
www.transfans.net. As part of their launch they have an interview with Veteran UK Comic Artist Andrew Wildman.
Remember the name Transfans, as we are sure over the next few years, you will be hearing a lot about this site.
