TFW2005 have a report on the toy fair and an image of Alternator Prowl.
There is an Alternators Prowl ... he"s a 2005 Honda Accord, and yes, he does come with his police sirens and black stripes. The way he transforms has his hood folding down over his chest, like his Spychanger (ROBOTS IN DISGUISE) incarnation. Alternators Drag Strip was also in attendance.
For those of you looking for RE-ISSUES or UNIVERSE goodies, you"ll be disappointed to know that both were "no shows" at this event.
Bad (or good?) news for you G.I. Joe collectors ... the 3 and 3/4" line of G.I. Joe figures has been put on a "hold" while Hasbro creates a new 8" line of highly detailed figures. A cartoon show by Gonzo will accompany this new series, with cel animation for the characters and 3D animation for their vehicles.

Legends of Cybertron was originally the name planned for the 3H release of the
Mega SCF figures that would have included their own recolour"s and eventual remolds.
However now, Big Bad Toy Store report that the name is going to be used for some
normal SCF sized Cybertron/Galaxy Force toys. You can see an image of the Starscream

John Rogers will be stepping away from working on the new Transfomers movie for the next few months, he announced on his blog yesterday. Here"s his words....
Trans-pals.... No further news will be coming out of here for a while -- I won"t be working on the movie for the next few months..... I was technically contracted to start another movie when the Transformers gig popped up.....
The next Transformers production pass, adressing specific producer notes, will be executed by another writer or set of writers. I"ll .... probably swing back in later on for a polish --I"m still under contract for TF.... you should all be assured that the project is a.) on schedule and on track and b.) still has rabidly protective and enthusiastic producers riding herd on it.

To try to put an end, or at least slow down the amount of topics and posting regarding voice actors for the new Transformers film,Don Murphy posted the following on his message board.
The final decision will be made by a director....and has NOT been made yet.
But I would be VERY suprised if Cullen and Welker didn"t reprise their famous roles.
Your voices have been heard.
Now move on to something else!

Thanks to Chris McFeely for posting this on our message board,
here.
...Remember that I noted that Ken Law of Metrodome had said that they didn"t have all the dub masters for Headmasters. Well, they do now. So they"ll be putting them on there, and the options offered by the menu will be to play in English, in Japanese, and in Japanese with English Subtitles.
This is fantastic news for all Transfomers fans. Many people would have been put off if the series was released with just the "Star TV" dub. On the other hand, many others would have been put off with a DVD saying Japanese Audio only. This way everyone is happy and you can enjoy the series no matter which version you prefer.
