The WAP website has been expanded. We are pleased with the current reponse to our recently launched WAP news site. We were not expecting many people to use it but it has proved more popular than we first expected. Because of this we have now added a new section to the WAP site. You can now view the Upcoming Events list as well as the 25 latest news stories. The Event list shows the date of the event as oppose to the number of days left as our main site does. Why? The main site links you to the official sites where you can find out more, however as those sites are not fully WAP compatible we thought this would be more useful.
We hope to expand the WAP site over the course of the year.

We received an email today from somone who recently spoke to Offworld over the weekend regarding what TF conventions they would be attending this year. They were informed that Offworld would
not be attending ant Transformers Conventions this year only a few general collectors fairs. This would indicate that they are probably not involved in OTFCC Europe.
So if you were hoping to pick something up from them at one of this years three scheduled Conventions, you"ll have to think again and either contact them for other arrangements or attend one of the other collectors fairs.

I"ve just spoken to Parcel Force and they will now put their "search team" onto the task of finding my Astrotrain order.
The parcel (shipped on 29th January) was delivered into their Main Depot on 4/2/03, after spending 4 days in their International Depot.
Needless to say I"m not the happiest person in the world now. I will be contacting all those who ordered the toys this week. If they have not arrived by Friday then I will issue full refunds.

Divebomb has sent us the below
Whilst Hasbro were not allowing photos of anything other than Action Man, they did issue this press release about their 2004 plans for Transformers...
One of the UK's most collectable action figure brands is launching an all-out assault on the market in 2004.
The ultimate 80s boys' toys phenomenon Transformers has been reinvented with a brand new storyline and two new sets of collectables Transformers Energon and Transformers Alternators.
For Spring / Summer, the hugely successful Armada series is being pepped-up with a brand new storyline The Unicorn Battles complete with new and refreshed characters.
Dynamic, new packaging and a free CD Rom with every Supercon pack is aimed at enhancing the Transformers range even further. Programming on Sky One will also continue throughout 2004.
Autumn/Winter 2004 will also see the launch of Transformer Energon a brand new entertainment segment that will replace Armada. The segment features great, new play patterns with all the Autobots combining together and the Decepticons being endowed with bigger weapons capable of Hyper Power mode.
2004 will also see the launch of Transformers Alternators new, highly detailed licensed vehicles that transform into awesome looking robots.
The series will focus on the super-charged Subaru Impreza with Spring/Summer featuring a highly-collectable rally car and Autumn/Winter featuring a cool street car.
Hasbro has signalled it means business with a planned Spring/Summer 2004 TV advertising spend that is more than double last year's budget.
Divebomb commented: From this it sounds like Energon won"t hit the UK until Autumn.
We agree that this sounds terrible, with Armada scheduled for the first half of this year (the Unicron Battle toys), even though some of the Powerlinks toys are already out.
