Ebay seller TKFung2003 often sells testshots of the Universe, Energon and Alternator toys, in fact he has several up at the moment. However amongst the listings are several Big Convoys. Now this toy has been released in Japan and Korea but was one of the few BW Neo toys not to be re-used in Beast Machines when the Dinosaurs were. Does this mean he can be expected as a Universe toy? Perhaps. Time will tell. See one of the auctions
here. Remember, this seller still lists the DeadEnd Alternators as Sunstreakers as that is still what the toy is better known as.

Jon Hartman has listed on TFWorld 2005 some new transfomers in the Walmart computers. You can see the list
here
The main listings to note are the 2005 Ford Mustang Fr (Alternators) and the Ultra sized Energon toys Overbite w/Buzzclaw, Longhaul/Hightower, Bonecrusher/Scavenger.
Remember that Hasbro originally stated the Alternators would be 5 moulds, each one recoloured. So far there are Subaru (Smokescreen, Silverstreak), Dodge (Sideswipe, Deadend), Corvette (Tracks), Jeap (Hound), Mazda (Meister). It would make the Ford one a 6th mould. However you can find pictures of the 2005 Ford Mustang (not the Transformer)
here,
here,
here and also
here. Note that the FR means Ford Racer.

A: There are no current plans to reintroduce SOUNDWAVE.
Q: There has been great debate over what the final colors are going to be on the up-coming ALTERNATORS TRACKS and SUNSTREAKER. Can you guys possibly shed a little light on this issue?
A: AUTOBOT TRACKS, the Chevrolet Corvette Z-06 in our ALTERNATORS line, will be yellow. We do not currently have plans to release SUNSTREAKER in the ALTERNATORS line.
