Tformers message board, TFans, has a copy of an email from a Hasbro employee to their site member Master of Puppets (nice Metallica name there).
The story is was follows

BinalTech Swindle and blue Tracks are now out in Japan, two days earlier than planned.
TFWorld 2005 are reporting that the Energon combine teams and Wave 5.5 are now appearing on stores in Canada. So keep an eye out all your Canadians.

Update TFormers have corrected their news article and now report that this is just the Wave 2 Toys.
TFormers are reporting that Takara have announced that the Galaxy Force toys will be delayed until March.

The RobotMaster 21 (RM-21) toy that has been listed as BeastConvoy + DVD is now being reported as being renamed simply to Burning Convoy. Burning Convoy was a Japanese exclusive red version of Beast Wars Convoy (OPtimus Primal) that was released as Beast Wars:Second Movie toy. In the Movie, Convoy turns red for a few moments.
