The Transformers.net are reporting that Entertainment Rights have announced that Transformers: Armada Volume 3 will be released on 4th April 2005, a week before the second RID Boxset. Depending on the success, they will then decide whether to release an Armada Boxset, so you may want to hold off on the normal releases until then.
Entertainment Rights also have the distribution rights to Cybertron (Galaxy Force), but not Energon.

Fuyoh!.net are reporting a that Takara are working with Micott and Basara, Inc to produce a CG Transformers movie for Japan and abroad in 2006. This should be treated as a rumour at this stage. They also report that
Transformers racked up 2,338 million yen in sales for the six months ending September 2004 making it Takara's second-biggest hit in the Boys' Toys Division after Duel Masters.

UK Transformer fans may have noticed that Metrodome"s Transformers DVD site no longer exists, and before it was taken down their replies dried up. Well Transformers @ The Moon were able to stay in contact with Metrodome, and thought it would be nice to give you a run down on their latest news.
The following is an email we received from Metrodome regarding their future plans for the Transformers in the UK (after recent re-structuring within the company).
Hello David
I am happy to tell you that whilst the company has undergone restructuring, it has not affected our plans for Transformers one iota. Metrodome"s DVD team is still as committed as ever to producing the best versions of the property as is possible.
Rest assured that we are still planning 2005 releases for "Transformers: Takara" and "Transformers: The Movie". But I hope you can appreciate that no matter who is working on these properties, the primary concern will always be sourcing the highest quality, appropriate masters. We are in the process of sourcing these materials and will certainly be aiming to maintain the high standards the fans have come to expect from Metrodome releases for Transformers.
This can be a lengthy progress, as you may understand, so please bear with us while we ensure that these releases are put together with the best resources available.
Best regards
Giles Edwards
Product Manager
Metrodome Distribution
