IGN Insider has an article on the Transformers movie, in which they say the new writers are Roberto Orci and Alex Kurtzman. Both have written for TV series as Xena: Warrior Princess and the popular serie Alias. Both are also part writing teams of the upcoming movies Legend of Zorro and Mission: Impossible III
Don Murphy then confirmed this was accurate in
this thread on his message board.

John Rogers will be stepping away from working on the new Transfomers movie for the next few months, he announced on his blog yesterday. Here"s his words....
Trans-pals.... No further news will be coming out of here for a while -- I won"t be working on the movie for the next few months..... I was technically contracted to start another movie when the Transformers gig popped up.....
The next Transformers production pass, adressing specific producer notes, will be executed by another writer or set of writers. I"ll .... probably swing back in later on for a polish --I"m still under contract for TF.... you should all be assured that the project is a.) on schedule and on track and b.) still has rabidly protective and enthusiastic producers riding herd on it.

To try to put an end, or at least slow down the amount of topics and posting regarding voice actors for the new Transformers film,Don Murphy posted the following on his message board.
The final decision will be made by a director....and has NOT been made yet.
But I would be VERY suprised if Cullen and Welker didn"t reprise their famous roles.
Your voices have been heard.
Now move on to something else!

Thanks to Chris McFeely for posting this on our message board,
here.
...Remember that I noted that Ken Law of Metrodome had said that they didn"t have all the dub masters for Headmasters. Well, they do now. So they"ll be putting them on there, and the options offered by the menu will be to play in English, in Japanese, and in Japanese with English Subtitles.
This is fantastic news for all Transfomers fans. Many people would have been put off if the series was released with just the "Star TV" dub. On the other hand, many others would have been put off with a DVD saying Japanese Audio only. This way everyone is happy and you can enjoy the series no matter which version you prefer.

Zin Panic posted an article on the HBS lines by Takara. In their words....
The HBS Pro line builds on a new collector"s series launched with the HBS Galaxy Convoy. HBS products are apparently being marketed as re-imagined versions of existing toys geared toward collectors. In fact, the HBS Pro Scopedogs are described as the "Takara Version of the Scopedog".
