Thanks to
Fan2Fan for reporting that e-Hobby are now taking pre-orders for the
Transformers: Cybertron - Hardtop. He will be sold in Japan under the USA Edition line, which means that he will not be generally availble in the Far East and will probably not be in the show.

It seems that Tesco's are currently waiting for the complete sales of Micromaster Defensor stock before they restock with none other than Micromaster Constructicon Devastator who has appeared in selected Tesco's in the east london area and Toys R Us before that.

After speaking with e-Hobbies, informing them of the packing errors on the Cobalt Sentry packs, we have received the following update:-
Hi, David
Thank you very much for your great patronage toward e-hobby shop.
We read your email about the mispackage of the Cobalt Sentry toys:"I was
just wondering if you knew that the Cobalt Sentry toys are
mis-packaged? The Howlback toy (Ravage) has two left missiles rather
than one left and one right."
We are very sorry to cause you this big trouble.
After your email, we immediately discussed this case with the
manufacturer, and we are now producing the right parts to replace the
defective items as rapidly as possible.
Now we would like you to check the items again and to let us know how
many items are defectively installed.
Thank you.

On the 7th April Hasbro submitted a new trademark application to the United States Patent and Trademark Office. The application was for the phrase "IF IT DOESN'T SAY TRANSFORMERS, IT'S NOT ROBOTS IN DISGUISE". Hasbro have filed for this trademark before, back on the 6th March 2003, but abandoned the registration. With this new application, they are obviously once again interesting in using it, so keep an eye out for it appearing on Transformer advertisements in the coming months.

They Are Among Us.com recently contacted eComics about an entry for an TF: War Within Age of Wrath book trade paperback scheduled to be released in September, featuring published issues 1 - 3 and the unpublished 4 - 6. The reply they recieved back was ....
"The publisher was Dreamwave but (the book) now is being published by a company called DreamEngine. As of today, our records still confirm that this item is to be released in early September. The original publisher of the company Dreamwave is now no longer in business, but the rights to their existing product have been given to DreamEngine."
