Makoto Ootsuka, the president of EHobbby Shop, has now sent a general email regarding the Cobalt Sentry weapons to their customers.
They have asked that anyone who has a mispackaged Cobalt Sentry pack to email e-Hobby directly, and they will then send you a form to complete, via email, to request a replacement part.
They have stated that individuals must contact them, rather than the supplier which made the purchase from eHobby.
Their email address is: info2@e-hobby.co.jp.

Anime News Network are reporting that Konami (who owned a 20% of all Takara shares) have sold all 20 million of its shares to cellular phone systems developer and wireless content provider Index Corporation. They go on to report that...
Although not a majority share, the 20% makes Index Corporation the largest shareholder. Konami purchased the Takara shares in 2000. At the time Takara wasn't performing very well financially and Konami helped turn the comany around. However since then Takara has once again fallen into unprofitability as the company has not had a major hit since Beyblade.

Seibertron reports of a production flaw in the Hyrbid Style Galaxy Convoy that was recently released in Japan. It appears to be a problem with the joint that holds one of the main cannons. It is unknown at this time if the problem is widespread or not. The gallery in question can be seen
here.
Thanks to
Transfandom for the heads up.

Ever heard people say when it comes to finding
TF
Trademark information it's not as simple as looking on a website, well it
is now.
You have probably noticed that over the last few weeks we've been at the cutting
edge of news when it comes to Hasbro's Transformer Trademarks, be it new applications
or updates to existing ones. This was no fluke, but a small hint into a project
that we were busy working on which we have now put live. What is it? Our latest
area,
Hasbro's TF Trademarks. Currently containing
records of over 340 Transformer Trademarks dating from 1984 to the present day.
What to know who's just been registered? Who's expired? Who was never used?
You'll find the answers in our TF Trademark section. When is it updated I hear
you ask? Well much like our
In The News page, lack
of updates is not something you need to worry about. Its maintained every few
hours around the clock, 7 days a week. So if it happens, we're there. You'll find a permanent link to the page on the left
Enjoy

After a recent trademark application for the word AUTOBOTS was successfully registered Hasbro can now relax as in the last few days the US Patent and Trademark office have now accepted the 10 year re-registration of the words AUTOBOT, DECEPTICON as well as Optimus Prime. These renewals are of the initial trademarks submitted by Hasbro back in August 1984. In other trademark news Hasbro's application for Hardtop has been initally refused, pending further documents. This is unlikely to cause Hasbro to rename the TF: Cybertron Hardtop top and it is expected that Hasbro will either provide further documents or more likely let the application run out in 8 months time after the toy has been released.
