It has been bought to our attention that AOL users may loose access to our website in the next 24 hours due to AOL having incorrect records in their DNS Server. Much like Supanet who's DNS records for at least one of their machines is four months out of date, AOL are now pointing our main domain, transformertoys.co.uk to a webhost in Germany called Schlund-net! We shall be contating AOL to request that they flush their DNS records and update them. If you find that you receive a HTTP 502 error when accessing the transformertoys.co.uk domain, please try to access the site via robotmaster.co.uk. Not all pages work no that address, but you should have access to most of the site.

This press release was released by Eddie Stobart.
To celebrate 20 years of the original robots in disguise, Eddie Stobart has decided to name one of their vehicles after the most famous truck of them all, Transformers superhero Optimus Prime.
Driver John Iniff sizes up the new Optimus Prime truck
For families across Britain, Eddie Stobart is a household name and the trucks are guaranteed to accompany any long haul journey. Now one of the infamous green and red trucks has been named Optimus Prime after the most popular Transformers character.
The new Optimus Prime truck was officially christened this week to mark the Transformers 20th anniversary.
Driver of the Optimus Prime truck, John Iniff said: "My Grandson is huge Transformers fan and he's incredibly excited that I'm going to be driving one of his favourite characters."
After 20 years the toys are as popular as ever, coupled with the exciting news that a new cartoon series is beginning in September, plus Steven Spielberg is producing a blockbuster Transformers action movie set for release in 2007.
Said Katreena Lines, Transformers Senior Brand manager: It's been great to work alongside an established name such as Eddie Stobart. I've no doubt children across the country will be on the look out for Optimus Prime when he rolls out this week.
Eddie Stobart operates nearly 800 vehicles throughout the UK and Europe and each truck has it's own unique girl's name, a tradition that started in the 1970's. Optimus Prime is the first truck to be named after a male character.
An official Eddie Stobart Fan Club now exists to satisfy the demand for information on the company and Eddie Stobart branded memorabilia. The fan club specialises in spotting all the differently named trucks on the road.
The truck has Optimus Prime emblazoned across the front of the cab, sitting just above the infamous Autobot logo, making it even easier for fans to spot.Credit to

Just wanted to drop a quick note for anyone interested, the official press release will be out some time next week on the Palisades website, but for all those wondering...Originally slated for the OTFCC BotCon 05' convention as a exclusive, due to a scheduling conflict, The Palisades Transformers Bumblebee Mini Polystone Statue has landed as an Exclusive to NonStopToys. Being a collector of the line myself, i saw the Test Shot at the NY Javitz Toyfair and was severely dissappointed when i realized i would have to go on a mission to the OTFCC, and drop $60 to get the statue to complete my collection. As fate has it, we have now picked it up, slashed the price to $39.99 and anyone interested can pre-order it starting today. Produced in a Limited Edition of only 1000 pieces, Bumblebee will be character accurate in scale with the rest of the 6" polystone line, measuring in at 4" tall and standing on an autobot base. Being one of the last four TF statues to come out from the G1 Palisades line, i am honored we could be involved before the line ended. Anyone interested can pick one up www.NonStopToys.com

Just a quick update on the Hasbro trademark applications. The December 2003 application for First Aid that Hasbro Inc submitted to the USPTO has now been Abandoned. This means that though Hasbro are using the name First Aid for the Transformers: Cybertron character, they currently hold no active trademarks or even applications for trademarks for that name. You can view the details in our trademark section
here. Another application, this time from May 2002, for the mark
Crush Gear remains suspended.
