Thanks to Tigertron from TransMy for letting us know about
this thread that he has created over on TransMY on various different "knock-off" Transformers. The thread contains images of what they report are five waves of fake kabaya toys, including Metroplex, Trypticon, Fortress Maximus and some images of a die-cast knock-off of the sword that the God Fire Convoy set came with. That was the remoulded Fortress Maximus sword for those that have forgotten.

The Allspark have a report by Tim Finn that the Beast Machines DVD is back on track for it's Feb 28th release.
The DVD is not in widescreen but Rhino state
Still, I have to say I think this box set rocks. The menus are very cool and in the spirit of the show, the packaging looks great and there are some really terrific in-depth interviews. So I'm confident fans will feel they got their money's worth... Spread the word--Beast Machines is on the way.
