Benson Yee has an update on his website,
BWTF regarding Alternator Skids. In the article he has information on plotlines that Hirofumi Ichikawa had laid out, now going unused in
favor of the KissPlayer storyline. Of note are the prospect of a
BinalTech Hot Rod (now rumored to be a Mirage redeco in the KissPlayer
line), the use of Masterpiece Ultra Magnus as an Autobot Commander, and
the potential for history-altering changes during the run of the BT
storyline.
Thanks to
The Allspark for originally reporting his update.

Lucky Draw galllery, TV Magazines'
Galaxy Force Gold Master Galvatron. Gold Master Galvatron was originally limited to 15 pieces, with a 16th due to be given away as part of Takara Tomy's latest prize draw competition. Unlike most other recent Lucky Draw toys, Gold Master Galvatron was not re-drawn for subsequent store draws so is one of the most limited Lucky Draws going. You will find 142 images of the toy in the gallery, including comparisons with Master Megatron. Here is a preview image.

Kickback, from
TF World 2005, has posted a large bunch of information on there message board. Here's a snippet :-
Optimus v. Megatron 2 packs
This time I'm not going off a description, but off a picture.
These are deluxe figures, and supposed to be brand new molds. The Optimus Prime figure is indeed a G1 figure, but his vehicle mode is hauntingly familiar to Robot Masters Optimus Prime in vehicle mode. He seems to have a lot of articulation ... the way they had him posed in the packaging art made me think of THS-02 Convoy in terms of articulation. Could be just really good packaging art though. (wasn't THS-01 Galaxy Convoy?)
No idea his accessories.
The Megatron is indeed G2 Megatron. In tank mode, he's green with purple camoflauge, just like his G2 incarnation. This is *NOT* the Hero mold from what I could tell. The picture was pretty small, but I do believe his gun is now on his arm as opposed to his shoulder? Again, not sure. Need bigger pictures!
The $39.99 two pack of "Optimus v. Megatron" is actually the ultra sized BW figures. Now, like everyone else, I'm curious as to if they're the original, or if they're the Beast Wars Reborn set from Takara-Tomy. My source believed it was the BWR set and NOT the original Ultra figures, but he is unable to confirm. To the same, reliable sources have said they're just the original Ultra figures. So, just to be safe, we know they're the Ultra sized figures. We just don't know which ones.
Guess we'll find out soon enough though.

Monzo of
Allspark.com
has come across some very interesting information. According to the
Trademark Applications and Registrations Retrieval pages Hasbro has
started the process of trademarking both "Transformers" and
"Transformers The Movie" for entertainment services. The application
for "Transformers" can be seen
here and the application for "Transformers The Movie" can be seen
here.
Both applications were filed on June 16, 2006 and as of yesterday June
23, 2006 both applications were in "New Application Processing".
Thanks to Seibertron for the spot.

We received an email asking if we were selling our
Alphatron toy, from the
Grandstand Convertors line, as the guy had seen our images on an
ebay auction. The answer is no, and we'd like to warn the bidders on the auction that the item pictured will not be the item they receive.
Not only has the seller not asked our permission on using the images, but they condition will be misleading to the sellers.
So just to stress, the auction is in no way connected to
