AcToys have images of a testshot of Hasbro's 20th Anniversary Optimus Prime version 2 toy, which features long smoke stacks, no battle damage, an extra stand and a blue rifle. No word yet to say if Hasbro will rename the toy - seeing that the 20th Anniversary has come and gone. TFW2005 have a different image of the toy that you can view
here.
Interestingly the images are copyrighted 2005.

In their latest newsletter, the Collectors Club let international members know that Landquake will finally start shipping to them soon and should arrive at the end of July / early August.
"I want to let our foreign members know that their Landquakes are
finally on their way. We had a problem with the company that has
exported these for us in the past. We have now moved on to FedX and
they will be sending these to you via their World Mail service. Expect
them in the next week to ten days.".The OHFCC has not done themselves any favour with International members who already paid a 'jacked-up' premium for members, by the constant delays to international shipping. A year and a half in, and it seems they still have many issues to solve.

The US Military website, Air Force Link, has
an article titled
From Holloman to Hollywood, Transformers make movie magic, which features a behind the scenes footage at Holloman AFB of the Transformers film. The article includes images and videos and has been authorised by the studio as its linked from Michael Bay's own site
There is a short but interesting
video on the US Air Force Media website regarding the Transformers movie and the filming in the Holloman Base.
In the film a few interesting points which are raised are:-
Part of the film is set in the Middle East
At least one of the Transformers, the helicopter, has a human inside - probably a "false human"
Michael Bay wanted to help promote the US military in a positive light, and the armed forces hope it will help recruitment.
There are also a few images you can see as well.

It is with a heavy heart that I must pass on the sad news that our friend Brett AKA Toughboot AKA Primus passed away on Friday. Brett was an avid Transformers and sci-fi fan, an extremely funny guy and also a talented writer. He wrote an atricle on Transformers which appeared in the
Forbidden Planet Magazine back in June of last year.
Brett will be missed.
