Tfauctions.com is pleased to announce the winner of the "create the villain contest". But before we get to the winner we would like to thank everyone that entered the competition for their awesome ideas and creations. We were blown away by the response and cannot stress how truly thankful we are to everyone who entered.
We would like to announce Tyler Siloski from Bonita Springs Florida as the winner of the "create a villain contest".
Tyler's entry will now be passed over to comic book artist Guido Guidi who will turn Tylers creation into reality.
We will release his profile along with his finished picture within the month in time for the launch of our sister site www.cougarhq.com
We can confirm his name is Fenrir and his alternative mode will be that of a Humvee.
Thanks
TFAuctions.com Team

He's big, he's round, he's always on the ground! One of many un-flattering chants aimed at Paul Gascoigne (Gazza). Well there's an auction on Yahoo Japan for a knock-off Starscream with a difference, one that also fits with that chant.

Seibertron have a rumour regarding a possible new Transformers cartoon for 2007. It doesn't take a genius to guess that the next cartoon would most likely be released after the T
ransformers movie, giving Hasbro / TakaraTomy time to develop toys for the big screen adaptation and then return back to regular business.
Here's what their rumour says
Cartoon Network's program schedule for 2007 leaked this week over at
ToonTalk. Among the series listed for the fall 2007 skew is a show
called Transformers: Heroes, which is being produced by CN Studios. The
listing states:
"The Transformers are back! Arriving on Earth of the future, where
robots are common place as humanity's servant class. But Earth's robots
have a secret that may doom humanity and their unlikely Autobot
saviors."
The listing called for 26 episodes, which is a standard CN order for a
first season. This jibes with Aaron Archer's comments last Botcon that
the next TF cartoon would be produced in the US again.

WS Toys has placed an auction on ebay for the rumoured US
G1 Soundwave re-issue. The toy uses the TakaraTomy re-issue Soundblaster mold, so it can hold two cassettes, wihch appear to be Ravage and Laserbeak.
The Star TV Dub name for Soundblaster was New Soundwave, a no-brainer that one we know.

MTV have a
lengthy article on the
Transformers Movie where that include quotes from Michael Bay, Don Murphy and Shia LaBeouf.
Michael Bay is quoting as saying
"There's Ratchet right there," director Michael Bay pointed out,
sticking a flu-ridden finger in the direction of a pimped-out
greenish-yellow ambulance with enormous tires and the world's biggest
cow-catcher affixed to the front. "That's Ironhide, the black [GMC]
truck. That's a newly transformed [orange-yellow] Bumblebee that
started out as an old Camaro and becomes a new Camaro there's a
reason for that in the script and we've got Jazz right here."Don Murphy is quoting with
"Bumblebee has the most screen time of any of the characters,"Shia LaBeouf reveals some of the background plot details including that
"They make first
contact with me because of my great-great-grandfather, Captain
Archibald Witwicky, who made first contact with [Decepticon leader]
Megatron in the 1800s and had language and maps burned into his glasses
through a laser," LaBeouf continued. "The glasses were passed on
through lineage, and they wind up with me, and I'm trying to sell them
on eBay, as well as other items, like his compass and his sextant and
other things a 19th-century seaman would use. They come after me to
retrieve these glasses, which have the directions for where the Energon
cube is at."MTV go on to descrbie the Engeron cube as
"
a black-and-gray box small enough to be tucked under an arm".The aricle ends commenting on locations for the film and some more quotes from LaBeouf
"Transformers" will shoot "Armageddon"-esque world-under-siege shots in
Boston, New York and other major cities as well as at the Pentagon,
which would make it the first post-9/11 movie to do so. Several of the
filmmakers expect the flick to get a PG-13 and also mentioned hopes for
a sequel in 2009 that would reveal additional characters.
Also in the works is another trailer, which would likely debut around
the holidays and feature a transforming Bumblebee, Optimus Prime
speaking and the same "wah-wah" noise that signified a transformation
in the classic cartoon show.
" 'Transformers: The Movie,' that was my sh--," an enthusiastic LaBeouf
said of the 1986 animated film. "It was that and Yogi Bear. That's what
I grew up on. Those were my movies, and I'd watch them over and over
again. I must have seen 'Transformers: The Movie' 70 times. ... I know
what it means to you guys. I know what it means to the fans."Remember you can visit the official
Transformers Movie website at

Thanks to Phill for posting on our message board that Woolworths are not only
stocking Optimus Prime's, as reported on the 20th, but they also now have Repugnus, Shortround and the Giant Planet MiniCons as well. This is great news for Transformer fans within the UK, as Woolworths are certainly the most widespread longtime stockist, who dropped Transformers earlier in the year. Not all Woolies have started stocking the toys again just yet, but we expect that to start happening as the Movie gets closer and the Classics line is released towards the end of next month here in the UK.
