JRS Toyworld owner Bill posted a
story on TFW2005's message board yesterday regarding why they are canceling all of their orders of MP-05 Megatron. It appears that they have heard three rumours regarding the situation of MP-05 Megatron. We weren't intending to report the story when we read it yesterday, as it just contained rumours, but it's still an interesting story.
- Rumour 1 - Hasbro will be informing US Customs of "Fake MP-05 toys" (referring to the un-modified versions), in an attempt to stop the toy being imported into the US.
- Rumour 2 - TakaraTomy will be producing a "US Safe" version of the toy. The potential of this would mean the figure could be sold domestically in the US, and therefore would mean that Hasbro would want to stop all imports of the TakaraTomy original version so not to effect the potential sales of the item.
- Rumour 3 - A second version of the toy will be released later in the year. (This could be the US Safe version, though some fans believe this rumoured second version may come with the scope and stock of the original Megatron toy from 1094).

In a quick video interview with ISEB on the red carpet of the GM Ten event which took place on the 20th Feb, Michael Bay answered a few quetions about the Transformers Movie, such as how the movie is coming along as well as Megatrons voice. He said that he could not say who the voice of Megatron will be but that its getting down to to the wire now and that some (the voice actors) will be people who are unknown as they will "tweak them out a lot". You can watch the interview

break posted the following on
TF @ The Moon - Sake CommentsQuick bit of news - Toys R Us now have Classic Minicons, but they are series two! Quite a surprise as I wasn't aware of these and had never seen them before. They were the
Predator team (wild animals),
the Clear Sky Team (2 jets and a dragon) and (I think) the
Stunt Team (cars and a bike). The little dragon (called
Nightscream) is pretty neat!
