The Nielsen Company has released its year-end look at the most popular trends among Americans during 2007. The firm monitors media and consumer spending trends including
television, internet, movies, DVDs, music, mobile, books, advertisers,
video games and consumer purchasing trends.
Spider-man 3 topped the box office chart, closely followed by Shrek the
Third, Transformers, POTC: At World’s End and Harry Potter and the
Order of the Phoenix (data from Jan 1st to December 9th 2007).
Spider-man 3 and Shrek the Third also took the number one and two
positions in the box office sequels listing.
Happy Feet topped
the DVD sales chart (through to November 18th), followed by
Transformers, 300, Night at the Museum and The Departed.
Cool Toy Review is featuring a list of Hasbro's 2008 Action Figure products (planned for US releases in 2008).

Transformers Animated has been updated with three new wallpapers, this time focusing on the human characters in the series, Detective Fanzone, Issac Sumdac and his daughter Sari Sumdac.

eBay seller jkhan7 have updated his auction for Transformers Animated Lugnutz with more images of the Voyager Class Optimus Prime testshot that he will be listing on ebay in the coming weeks. According to jkhan7 the figure has tow faces (much like Cybertron OptimusPrime), one with a mouth and one with the face plate. You can view the images below.

Last year One Shall Stand.com ran a competition to give a lucky Transformers fan the chance to win a years free subscription of Transformers comics. Well they're back again this year with a bigger competition. This time there will be 12 winners, each winning a month's free comics.

Unicron.com has received a double DVD PR set from Cartoon Network covering the Transformers Animated series. The set included images and bios for all the main Transformers Animated Transformers characters as well as images of various other characters.
Also included was information on the show and some spoilers.

Hasbro have sent out some official images and information on three of the next Transformers Movie figures to be released over in the US. These figures are Incinerator, First Strike Optimus Prime and Offroad Ironhide. You can view images and Information on Incinerator over at TFW2005.

eBay seller sptoys have placed a listing for a testshot of Transformers Animated Megatron. The difference between this and previous images of the figure, are that this testshot is in reasonable cartoon accurate colour. You can view the auction here.
