Below you will find a tag cloud of the most popular news story tags. Simply click on the tag to view all associated stories. Tag clouds are not always the most useful output of tagging, and so you can also browse the news stories using our tag index by clicking on the tag index tag below the tag cloud.
From this section you can browser through all of the possible tags that may have been assigned to a news story. The number of stories tagged to each tag appears within brackets after the tag name. TakaraTomy have posted an interview on their website with Japanese Transformers designer Hisashi Yuki. Yuki-san's Transformers credits include Beast Wars II Lio Convoy, Beast Wars Neo Big Convoy, Beast Wars Neo Unicron and the Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen characters The Fallen, Scalpel (The Doctor) and Sideways.
If you do not read Japanese do not worry as TFW2005.com board member SydneyY has posted his translation over on their website.
Thanks to Yokubarion we have created a new image gallery containing 149 photographs which he took from the Chara-Hobby event in Japan. The images included items that were on display from Bandai, TakaraTomy and other manufacturers. The images are grouped by the companies displaying them, so you will find all of the Takara Tomy images at the bottom of the gallery.
The images help to show that the strange combiners within the case with the reissued Combaticons appear to be original concept pieces from the design phase of the first combiners which have been previously shown as concept art within the Generations books.
You can view the images here.
We thought we'd bring your attention to two nice ebay auctions for some more of the unusual, technically not official Transformers items.
The first is one of the Transforming watch series, always popular, and this time it the rare Radio Watch. This is the first time I've seen this piece for sale, myself, and it looks great.
The second item is the infamous Four Star Jet, a non-official remolded version of Generation One Starscream. The FourStar jets have been popular with G1 seeker fans as they create yet another different G1 seaker.
You will now find some updates to some existing Transformers toy galleries on the site. These include;
AcToys has been updated with Transformers Generations 2009 Volume 1 Electro Disrupter Liger, the partially clear\black version of Transformers Classics Mirage (Henkei Liger).
Meanwhile HK-TF has been updated with images of Transformers Revenge of the Fallen Hoist, a repaint of Transformers Movie Longarm in G1 Hoist colours.
You can now find a nice image gallery consisting of 51 pictures of the e-Hobby Exclusive Transformers Encore Guardian Robot toy in our Transformers toy image gallery area.
The toy is a recoloured version of the Transformers Encore Omega Supreme toy, a minor remold of the original Generation One Transformers Omega Supreme figure (and the fourth version of this mold that we own - fourth coloured version that is).

Toy-World have posted some photographs from Chara-Hobby 2009 which show the Disney Label Haloween Mickey Mouse, a hard copy of the Donald Duck Disney Label figure, the Device Label toys as well as the re-issue of the Combaticons and what appears to be new Constructicons and Aerial-bots! You can view the images below.

TFW2005.com are running a story, from Kapow Toys that Waves 4 and 5 of the best selling Transformers Revenge of the Fallen toyline has been delayed (wave 4) and cancelled (Wave 5) in the UK! This is said to be due to the demand in the US for those toys, so stock allocated for the UK will now be sold domestically in the US.
The figures in these waves of the Transformers Revenge of the Fallen Deluxe toys (including the Ice Cream Truck Twins Skids & Mudflap, Dead End, Jolt and Blaze Master) and the Wave 5 Voyagers (Long Haul and Grindor) No reason is given for the apparent cancellation of the fifth wave of Voyagers.
They also report however that the Wave 5 Deluxes, including Arcee, Stalker Scorponok and Swerve, has begun to creep into stores - although they do not say which or where.
