GameStop has posted even more information on Transformers Fall of Cybertron, confirming characters such as Grimlock and the Combaticons.
Transformers: Fall of Cybertron transports you to the final days of the
planet Cybertron where you will experience the darkest hours of the
apocalyptic war between the Autobots and Decepticons. Embark on an
adrenaline-fueled journey through a wide range of missions and massive
environments designed around each character's unique abilities. With the
stakes higher than ever before, you play as a variety of Transformers,
including Grimlock's nearly indestructible T-Rex form and the legendary Combaticons forming into the colossal Bruticus.
Fight through both sides of the Transformers' most epic battles leading
to their legendary exodus from their homeworld. Transformers: Fall of
Cybertron allows you to go head-to-head as Autobots and Decepticons with
its multi-player online mode. Create your own personalized character
and weaponry with the most advanced and in-depth customization ever
before seen in a Transformers video game.
I have added three new image galleries containing scans of September 2011 issue of TV Boy, the October 2011 issue of TV Boy and an old back issue of Figure King (issue 111) to the Media section of the website.
All of the scans are mirrors of thread that were originally posted on ModXToys.com
The Allspark have some very large, blurry, images of concepts for Transformers: Fall of Cybertron characters including Wheeljack, Sunstreaker, Arcee and Megatron.
The images are screen captures from the video tour of High Moon Studios which was posted on GameInformer.com
CM Corp have updated their website with more images of their upcoming PVC Minerva figure which is from their Guttu Kurru series. Minerva was one of the Headmaster Juniors from Transformers Masterforce where the toy was a recolour of Nightbeat. The toy, which represents the character in her exo-suit, comes with interchangable faces and stands 185mm. The 2nd Transformers figure in the series will be Ginrai. You can view three images below, with the rest available here.
Transformers: Fall of Cybertron, a direct sequel to 2010 actioner War for Cybertron, is on its way. GameInformer has the scoop but is being stingy with the details, only revealing that High Moon Studios returns on dev duty and that the Activision-published game continues the story of the civil war raging between the Autobots and Decepticons. Its report claims that the title "changes and improves upon so many of the fundamental ideas that the developer considers the game a natural successor rather than a true sequel."
