Takara have updated their website with their latest campaign item a set of MechTech Battle Blades for Striker Optimus Prime. The campaign starts on November 18th for fans who spend 3000 Yen on Transformers products at Toys R Us. The run is limited to 10,000 sets.

Hollywood Reporter are reporting that Hasbro have opened discussions with Paramount Pictures, Steven Spielberg and Michael Bay about making a fouth live action Transformers Movie.
"CEO Brian Goldner says the toy giant continues to have a slew of films in development, but won't make their own films like Marvel.
NEW YORK - Hasbro CEO Brian Goldner said Monday that the toy giant is in active discussions with studio partner Paramount, director Michael Bay and Steven Spielberg about a potential fourth Transformers movie, adding he hopes to have news to share in the next quarter.
Speaking on his company's third-quarter earnings conference call, he also said that Hasbro continues to develop entertainment projects based on its brands - despite some delays and challenges. "We continue to actively develop a number of additional Hasbro films with great partners and writers, including Micronauts, Ouija, Candyland, Risk, Stretch Armstrong, Clue and Monopoly," he said."

I have added a new image gallery and episode guide to the 26th and final episode of series one of Transformers Prime. The episode, one shall stand part 3, completes the story arch for Series 1 and sets things up nicely for series 2. All The Cool Stuff have sent out the following announcement regarding the announcement of two new guest for Roll Out Roll Call 2012. If you do not know what Roll Out Roll Call is then allow me to explain. The event if a two day convention taking place in March in Southampton here within the United Kingdom. The show is dedicated to Action Force, G.I-Joe and Transformers. Next year will be the third show for this growing event and we encourage everyone who is a fan of one of these lines to drop by as it's going to be a blast as well as a great chance to catch up with some fellow fans at the end of the Winter.

Transformers At The Moon will be in attendance at the event, as we are fans of both of these lines, and we are also please to announce that we are also sponsoring the event next year to try to help it grow.
If you come along to Auto Assembly every August you no doubt feel that a year is too long to meet-up with your Transformers friends, sure there is the odd meet-up arrange but most of us can't make them or justify the trips, but with Roll Out Roll Call there is a lot more going on to justify the journey. You will have the social aspect, the dealers, panels, the cosplayer and, of course, the guests. The events are almost 6 months apart giving everyone the best possible chance to make both events and help unite and strength the bonds of the fan communities for both these iconic lines.

KOToys have announced that they will be producing a limited run of repaints of Transformers Universe Powerglide as PowerRat, a Cobra Rattler themed figure.
Mock-up images of the figure have been posted on their website along with the following announcement:
"There will be a Limited edition of 500 pieces of POWERRAT - a CHMS KO
KOToys Exclusive POWERGLIDE DECEPTICON COBRA RATTLER G.I.JOE
TRANSFORMERS CROSSOVER.
This will be done in Rattler Matching Navy Blue, with Grey as the secondary color (Rattler Missile Grey)
The Paint scheme will be based on the following Black stickered Powerglide Photos Below.
The
41 on the front will be about 1/2 size as shown, as will the front nose
Cobra Signs. The 41 and front cobra sign will be on both sides of the
Toy (in the photos there are stickers on only 1 Side.
The Wings
and Tailfins will get Z06 and a Cobra sign as shown in the photos. The
rear Turbines will get the 41-88B markings (also might be trimmed down
to half the size shown with the stickers.)
I added a poll to this thread to find out if people like this sticker selection.
Please keep in mind the proper colors rather then the black body.
The Nose will also get a black coat, and so will the body part of the front of the cockpit
The chest will get a grey decepticon Logo
The Heart will be painted Cobra Red.
I
would like a snake wrapped around / going through the heart also - I
think that would look kick ass - or the head of a cobra opening up in
the center of the heart - but that paint job might be too much, so might
just go red heart or if enough ppl convince me, black heart.
Face will be grey like the missiles with Red eyes and probably red 3rd eye/forehead dot
the
crotch will only have the 2 outer details painted black (no paint where
the black background is painted on the original Jizai toys powerglide -
black paint will go where there is grey on the original )
IN
ADDITION TO THE POWERRAT, there will be a Limited edition of 100 hot
house (just opposite powerglide colors, no hot house stickers)
Limited edition 100 Gray DIY
Limited edition 100 Black DIY
Limited edition 500 Bad Boy
and Limited edition of 1000 Powerglides regular color - we will be getting 500 of those
and
probably some DIY regular colors Red/Grey Powerglide kits (because the
actual run of Powerglide is very small) probably 100 or 200 sets like
this.

Images have surfaced over on HK-TF of another non-official 3rd party produced Generation 1 Sixshot figure. The manufacturer of this figure, dubbed BY-01, is not yet known but it is not Mastermind Creations who are behind the soon-to-be-released Hexatron figures.
