It has been revealed the the Transformers Prime toys will be released on October 1st.

USA Today have images of the Transformers­ Prime Arcee toy, which will be shown off at the New York ToyFair.

UGO has images of the Transformers Prime Starscream toy

Inspired by the new hit animated TV series Transformers Prime, an all-new assortment of Transformers action figures will be released this Fall to coincide with the series. Along with Starscream, Hasbro will also release fan favorites such as Bumblebee and Arcee. These one of a kind figures will be made available for purchase on October 11, 2011 for an approximate retail price of $11.99.

Transformers Prime has brought the animated robots-in-disguise back in a big way, and Hasbro is keeping up with a brand new assortment coming in October of 2011.
