Auto Assembly 2005 was the largest Transformers convention held in Europe, beating the previous record held by TransForce 2002 of 400 people. The event had a better location than the previous years event and featured Neil Kaplan as the special guest. Neil proved to be very popular, more-so than when he attended the OTFCC Europe convention in 2002.
This was the first year that we put on a toy display for the visitors to a Transformers convention. We chose the Lunchtime Special Transformers, as they were known, which were Clear Testshots of the Transformers Reissues, as well as some of our Lucky Draw Transformers. The display went down really well, and we were asked back the next year to do another display.
