Maturing as a collector
Hi guys

This is just a rant because I'm curious to see if anybody else as been through it but as I'm getting older I've noticed I have become more selective in what I buy instead of buying everything that has just hit the shelves in stores, I look at things now and I think to my self do I really need this and want it, so instead of buying those things I've gotten things I really care about and things which I have a connection with instead of getting it because it is new and the need to have something to transform. As of now ive been collecting Classics versions or any representation of my favourite character from G1 and it seems more fulfilling than buying loads of DOTM toys or prime ETC, I will admit FOC as really caught my attention and I'm loving the toys from that. for the last year I've noticed it. Any other colector's go through this.

Thanks Dan/ Scattershot24

Loads of people go through that. It's simply part of maturing.

In the end it's best to buy what you're happy with. Better to have what you want and be healthy, than buy them all and rack up debt or make silly sacrifices.

360 MiniCons and counting.

Yeah I think when you start working you have money to get most of what you want, or think you want, but then you hit s point realising there is too much stuff. SO just getting what you actually really like then makes those bits mean more
