go to robert dyas or something and get yourself a set of digital scales

weigh each item and add 200g for packaging

then use http://www.royalmail.com/price-finder to figure out how much it'll cost

never try to make money from postage as it'll screw up you DSR's limiting what you can sell

I've been using ebay.co.uk for over 12 yrs and ebay US before that.
