I'd feel conned if you asked me for £20 postage. I've sent large boxed TF's to Australia for less!

You are basically using postage to bolster your item value (which is against ebay rules, whether you agree with it or not!)

One way may be to make it clear that you do not combine postage, but that will also put off some buyers!

My advice is to look closely at the postage costs, be realistic with them.
Up the starting bid for the bots a bit (look at finished auctions)
And accept that ebay/paypal will screw you out of 15%-20% + of the money you get.
