Maybe I'm being a tard but is this toy supposed to be so finnicky?

*EDIT* It's partly the toy and partly his right shoulder being put in upside down so the front wheel panel doesn't run flush and casuses problems. Two faulty Hasbro products in one day. Lucky me. Sad
