Re: Sleep problems
I think that is another problem we share Stevester, along with being far too good looking for our own good. I do think its psychological and I'm just thinking about too many things. I cant even count sheep without something popping into my head and I start planning things or going over my day.
Not been too bad in recent weeks save for the past two nights where I only got about four hours each. Unfortunatly I think I'm too hard on myself to be able to take your advice Streaky. I'd just keep upping the challenges. Which I already do. Things get out of hand fast. it wouldn't be long before wouldn't be able too sleep untill I have slain five dragons that day. My old sig from my battles with Galvy. I miss you old friend. |
