Unlike Soundwave *glares at it* The joints in the legs are looser than Jenna Jameson and he refuses to stand up :x

If it's the ball joints you can pop the legs off and give the balls a very thin coating of either clear nail polish or superglue. Let it dry then snap the legs back on, should help tighten it up!
