GI Joe Purchasing
I've got a friend (Based in London) that's looking for somewhere to buy 25th Joes without paying over the odds for them.

Can any of the Joe fans on here recommend places for him to try? I suggested;

Big Bad Toy Store
Kapow Toys
Toyz and Gamez
Star Action Figures

I'm not sure if he got anything from those places, but I'd like to be able to recomend some other places.

Cheers in advance.

Re: GI Joe Purchasing
BBTS is my usual haunt - I've also used;

Brians Toys
Smalljoes
GI Joe collectors Club

All about the same sort of price.

Collectors club is best bet for exclusives, and if you have various levels of membership the exclusives get cheaper.
Smalljoes is consistantly good - I'd use them, but BBTS usually has stock earlier and allows you to Pile Loot... which cuts down on shipping costs I find.

Re: GI Joe Purchasing
any idea what he's after Phill?

I'm pretty low on spares but always getting collections in so have extras

The very existence of flamethrowers proves that some time, somewhere, someone said to themselves, I want to set those people over there on fire, but I'm just not close enough to get the job done.

I'll ask him today.

The other day he did say original figures with modern styling, but I'll ask him about specific characters.

Cheers.

Re: GI Joe Purchasing
Cheers for having a look.

I only managed a quick read of my friends email this morning, but I'm sure he said he'd ordered some figures from SmallJoes.
