Re: Universe and Animated Sightings threads - oddsey - 02-15-2009 06:11 PM Loosecannon Wrote:is that a first sighting of dropshot? I assume they meant Overload. Still can't see why they released two repaints of the same figure so close together. (In the US at least) Offer Alert! Sainsburys have two for one on Universe Deluxe at the moment. I saw a ticket that states it's for 'Universe figures', so it should in theory include Robot Heroes, Legends and Ultras, but the store I went to didn't have any Ultras and the other two didn't say 241 next to 'em. Re: Universe and Animated Sightings threads - Phill - 02-15-2009 07:38 PM Blades and Dropshot were found in Argos a while back. Its just Treadbolt, Inferno, and Vector Prime that are missing right now. Re: Universe and Animated Sightings threads - KingGrimlock - 02-17-2009 05:51 PM TRU Cambridge has Shadow Blade Megs Roadduster Magnus Safeguard Ultra Stormcloud Various other not new things. Offer Alert They also had the leader/activator pack at half price (£19.99) and Roll Out Prime for the same price! Sainsburys had ultras in finally and also had the 241 on uni deluxes. EDIT: It's on the website as well. Happy bargain hunting Re: Universe and Animated Sightings threads - KingGrimlock - 02-26-2009 10:30 PM Asda Cambridge now has the Universe Deluxes for £6. Happy hunting ya'll. Re: Universe and Animated Sightings threads - razorcon - 02-27-2009 10:03 PM out and about today and saw quite a few interesting bits n bobs went to my local argos and picked up animated swindle and blurr.also had shadow blade megs. went into forrbidden planet (glasgow) and picked up roadbuster ultra magnus(39.99)and animated two pack jetstorm/jetfire(19.99) also universe lio prime (24.99)no pics im affraid but had Quite a few left also hd shadow blade megs(39.99) Re: Universe and Animated Sightings threads - Blueshift - 02-28-2009 08:07 PM Bit of an interesting one this. I found what I think is a first sighting of Universe Inferno and Vector Prime in a toyshop in Weston Super-Mare called Lloyds Toys. It wasn't a speciality shop, they were both £19.99 on the shelves and in the European multilingual packaging which indicates this is an official release rather than something imported. Pics of Inferno's box as proof: http://i71.photobucket.com/albums/i127/ ... erno01.jpg http://i71.photobucket.com/albums/i127/ ... erno02.jpg Their website. Not finished yet it seems, but has a contact number if anyone wants to try to nab stuff from them: http://www.lloydstoys.co.uk Re: Universe and Animated Sightings threads - waraijj - 02-28-2009 08:34 PM saw Universe Stormcloud and Silverbolt at Entertainer. Also Animated Voyagers at 5 quid a pop at Tesco!! Re: Universe and Animated Sightings threads - Blueshift - 02-28-2009 08:46 PM Tescos seems to be trying to clear all animated. But not in any standardised sense. My local one has marked the voyagers to 17.99 for example, but I've heard stories today of 2.50 deluxes (shakes fist!) Re: Universe and Animated Sightings threads - Wreckgarr - 03-25-2009 01:37 PM For anyone wanting £6 Universe Deluxes I think the offer may be finishing soon, due them trying to charge me full price for 1.... but i got it at £6 Re: Universe and Animated Sightings threads - I-Primus - 04-05-2009 07:14 PM Spotted Nightwatch Optimus Prime in Toys R Us today. Have never seen him in there before & he was an Argos exclusive originally. £40 for him though. Some Movie Leader Megs again too. (LAM1 that is) Re: Universe and Animated Sightings threads - KingGrimlock - 04-07-2009 09:58 PM Universe Countdown and Darkwind are on the TRU website now. http://www.toysrus.co.uk/Toys-R-Us/Toys ... wn(0071526) http://www.toysrus.co.uk/Toys-R-Us/Toys ... nd(0071527) |
